Diane Perrin was great, she kept me up to date. Once the paperwork was complete the process was seemless and the money was in my bank in a very timely manner.

The procedure went smoothly with any telephone queries during the transaction dealt with courteously and efficiently, The only criticism is that , having not received one of the documents signed, the Company failed to inform me and I had to call specifically to discover the reason for the delay. It's very important to communicate any outstanding issues to the Client before the Client has to find out for him/herself. However a pleasant letter was received from Diane Perrin prior to completion which has prompted the above comments.

We agreed to do the paperwork through email rather than by post as this generally speeds up the process and is easy to follow. Diana advised me of the approximate time frame and I am pleased to say that the process will soon be completed by the money appearing in my account. Once we got our heads round the Docusign proceedure the Customer Service Team guided us through the paperwork. We had to ring up a couple of times and both calls were answered promptly. The up-front on-line application process did not confirm to us wether were in the system or not straight away, so we probably lost a couple days in the fund call down but that was our fault not More2Life.
