I would give them ZERO stars. They are scammers that falsely advertise specific sizes(which they don’t have) and scam you by refusing refunds. The quality of products are cheap and nasty. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Should have done my homework. Lesson learned.

If I could give them no stars I would. A complete scam company selling Chinese tat. The jacket I ordered couldn’t have been made from more cheaper material if they tried and it was different to the picture, too. I’ve emailed for a refund and had no reply from them and the phone number on their website just cuts me off. Avoid! Avoid! Avoid!

Zero stars if I could. Sold as premium based clothes. Cheap, Chinese clothes drop shipped from China. Contacted for a refund but as you can expect,no contact from the company.

I ordered a jacket that looked different to what was advertised on their website, and was of poor quality (puffer jacket looked deflated due to barely any insulation material inside despite being described as "essential for Fall and Winter"). Their website states "hassle-free returns" but this is not the case at all. They list their address as based in UK but when I emailed, they said I would have to return the item to an address in China (at my own expense of course). I have reported the company to Action Fraud.

A London based firm that is infact a Chinese sweat factory , paid £40 for a “cashmere” v-neck jumper that looked like a cheap primark effort, garbage fake company that need banning from UK

Monvalier claims to be a London-based fashion store, but the address (4 Collinson Street, SE1) is actually a residential block, and there’s no registered UK company. Similar clothes are on AliExpress for a fraction of the price. All product images/models are AI-generated (look at the poorly rendered wristwatches). I’ve reported the site to Action Fraud, NCSC, Shopify, and Google Safe Browsing to help others who’ve been scammed. Avoid this site and share the warning so others don’t get caught out.

Recieved the item dispatched from China, which I was surprised at,as it appeared to be a UK based company. As soon as I held the package I realised something was off. Considering it was supposed to be a leather lambskin jacket the package had no weight to it. On opening it I found a cheap washed out polyester shacket in a small zip lock bag. And in no way resembled the quality jacket I'd ordered. I've requested a refund twice, after the first request I was asked for pictures of the item and a reason why I wanted a refund. Secondly I was told I could have a 35% refund or an exchange at the cost to me for tax and delivery. I finally stated I wanted a full refund and don't expect to recieve one.

Following from the above complaint ref lack of delivery and communication, my order eventually arrived after much chasing and delay.
IN NO WAY DID IT REPRESENT WHAT I ORDERED. I ordered 2 jumpers 100% cashmere. What I received was two jumpers with no labels made from dubious acrylic, AWFUL.
THESE PEOPLE ARE CROOKS, CON-MEN, THIEVES AND LIARS. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM.

Poor quality product. Didn't match website description and now my request to return is being ignored. I purchased from my mobile phone - something I will never do again from a store I don't know. When viewed on a PC the website has all the qualities of a scam website - the type where you'd be lucky to even receive the item you ordered!

Item arrived defective. No return information. Have emailed the contact number umpteen times. No response. They are crooks. Do not order from this company!!

It is actually zero - they sent me a used puffer jacket for the £67.60 I paid. I have attempted to contact the number - a mobile number and it is not recognised. This website should be shut down before many people get defrauded for recycled items at high price

Minus 5 starts. Absolutely awful jacket that bares no resemblance to the jacket advertised. Stay clear. I have zero hopes of getting my money back.

No email confirmation received after placing order. Not registered on Companies House even though states only ship in UK. No response to email chasing confirmation. Phone number on site for Customer Support is a non-working mobile. Address on site is a block of council flats... turns out they are in China...see below

Further update - the customer service team contacted me and advised I did not place order but order value showing as pending on my credit card. I sent a snip of my credit card payment and they said it was a system error and no order placed. Chased them advising amount now came out of my account. They eventually advised error at their end and stated I had not entered my email which I am pretty sure I had. I asked them to cancel order. Few days later they advised too late to cancel. Few weeks later chased them for tracking. A few more days boots arrived in wrong size and poor quality - do not believe leather as described on their site. Contacted them to return, they advised had to return to CHINA even though they show UK address on site but offered me money to keep boots (just over half of what I paid) - back and forth with them and they will not give me a full refund, want to keep almost £13 of my order. Now speaking to my credit card company raising a dispute - do not touch this company, you will be disappointed.

I have been looking for a winter coat a came across Monvalier. I’ve ordered 2 coats however they still have not turned up after 3 weeks of ordering. There is a tracking number however have not moved since 22 September after the parcel has travelled over from china. I have no faith that these coats will arrive and I’m not sure what the quality will be like.

£120 down the drain. I’ve asked for a refund and no response from the supplier.

I ordered a jacket off of Monvalier.com 2 weeks ago. They sent the incorrect jacket. When I asked for a full refund they did not offer this.

The jackets are presented as high quality pieces on the website. When they arrived I quickly realised this was not the case. They are not even branded, zipper barely works, materials don’t feel quality.

It is clearly a poor attempt at white labelling.

Save your money.
