This is a total con. I bought a so called cashmere hat, it arrived and it was 100 per cent acrylic. When challenged they offered a store credit, and insisted i pay the reshipping fee back to China.

It should be no stars, but it didn't let me to continue otherwise. The company is a scam, they used address in Netherland, but the products are made in Chine, very low quality and very different from the description on the website. When you want to return the products, they refused to send you the refund form and they want to send the products to China and pay for the delivery. They also were trying to stop you from doing that by sending an offer of 15 or 30 % discount, but not from the purchase which you have already made, but from the next one. Just awful experience!
Fasoni is a Scam and Fraud - False Trade and No Customer Services
Company are a scam. No customer services. No returns process that is transparent on the website. When you email them they fob you off we a 15% discount to buy more of their scam and cheaper that cheap products from China. They request you email them for a returns form and refuse to then send you one. I am reporting to my bank and Trading standards. Below is a small email trail as proof. I have emailed them a few times now and still waiting on a response.

Again, I am not satisfied with the quality of your items. You are now rousing my suspicions of being a ‘dodgy company’ as you are failing to make returns an easy and transparent process. I do not want to keep the items and will never buy from ‘Fasoni’ ever again so there is no need for me to have the credit.

I ordered a denim jacket, size S.
When it arrived it was a size 6-8 marked S, eventhough I understood the size would be 10/12. The item was very poor quality material, not denim, had threads hanging and the package did not contain a returns label.
Their website said they were in Holland. It also stated 'ordered the wrong size? no problem just request a returns label.
I emailed requesting one. They delayed with various emails asking me to send pictures, saying the item they sent was correct and various other excuses. They are in China and the whole thing is a scam.
They finally offered 30% store credit and I could keep the article. I have responded asking for a credit to my payment card. We'll see. I doubt I will get it. Im taking this knowing thecreturn costs will be steep and they will probably say they have not received it. im trying to reduce my losses.
This account is a greatly shortened from the events that happened and the various emails exchanged.
Do not order from this company. Fasonie or Fasoni, both the same.

Trench Coat from the Netherlands!
I ordered A trench coat from, as advertised, a company in the Netherlands. great! Half price at $100. The very flimsy poor quality coat arrived. It fit the bottom half of my frame and waaay too small from waist up. So clearly not standard medium size. I requested the return label, and after numerous emails back and forth, realized I was never going to get my refund. It turns out the company is Chinese. I gave up and gave the coat to charity, although I doubt it would never fit, nor would anyone else want it. Lesson learned. Do not order anything from foreign countries. These people are clearly very dishonest. The same coat is also offered at a much cheaper price from yet another foreign country!

During the course of my dispute, Fasoni has changed their name and contact details to “Fasonie”.
Red flags
- Ships from China but attempts to coerce customers to return to the Netherlands which is expensive and I imagine most people would just move on with their day.
- Shipping ID requires a payment to a 3rd party company to use the tracking details.
- Countless email threads have all responses from “Emma”, which seems suspicious.
- Communications appear to go around in circles and end up back at the “return to Netherlands at your cost but it’s very expensive if you do so please accept a discount for your next order as a solution.”
Pants received were 23cm smaller at the waist than advertised. Shorts shipped a few days after the pants with the same tracking number!?
Shorts didn’t arrive. Submitted a dispute regarding the pants, was asked to wait 2 days for someone to get back to me and they shipped new ones the same day. Told me it’s too late to cancel the new shipment ( I emailed them after seeing the new shipment) because it had left the warehouse.
Shorts suspiciously arrived after the replacement pants and my question on their location. Ordered 4 pairs corduroy shorts and ended up with basketball shorts? Fasoni refused a return because they are the “right size”. What?
Had to lodge it with my bank, guess I’ll see how that goes.

I ordered a Norwegian style jumper from their online site. It. was called. "alfred-hyggelig-long-sleeved-sweater-with-round-neckline" It was in the knitted jumpers section. The garment that arrived was 100 percent synthetic and was way too shabby to give to a charity shop. The photo is clever and does resemble the sent item.... but one appeared to be knitted and wooly...the one that arrived was a joke. They offered me a discount on my next purchase explaining that returning the garment at my own cost was expensive. No chance. Avoid this lot at all costs.

Ordered a 100% cashmere sweater. After almost 6 weeks I received a synthetic sweater with no size or materials content.
Company replies by sending stock emails, telling me to return the item, at my expense, for refund. They are 100% fraud. The company was deregistered in the United Kingdom it is registered in the Netherlands the items come out of China they don't put tags on them it's a complete fraud, in writing they told me that they had a physical shop in UK which is simply not true you're better off going to Tesco's their products guaranteed. unfortunately I am a genuine purchaser and not as suggested in writing by the company as being a competitor from another company

I bought a menteau(over coat) from this online shop called fasoni, I thought it is in UK, but no, they use UK to scam people, in their website the address is Netherlands but I don't think that it's even in Europe because what I got it is not European quality. Even temu can not sell that kind of rubbish. What I got, I don't know what to call it, shirt or bath robe, Single lining, see through it was €139 on their website, when I bought it, on winter sale €70, it arrived after 4 weeks. After 3 weeks I started doubting, I checked the reviews from trust pilot than I realized that I was scammed. I tried to contact them after I received my order, by phone, it is not even going through, they reply to my email after a week saying, we can give you 15 % on your next shopping or if you wanna send it back sending on your own cost but they didn't even provide the address. I still have that rubbish here with me because they didn't tell me where to send to.

Buyer Beware: Save your precious time, energy, and US dollars, and do not order from the Fasoni website! Do not order the women's luxurious cashmere sweaters. I ordered two. The product shipped to me directly from China was two cheap, ugly, baggy, thick, heavy, crudely constructed sweaters with the texture of boiled wool. They are not even remotely similar to those pictured on the website. They are hideous. Returning them to the Netherlands from Boston cost $40, and then the package was stalled in Customs in the Netherlands for three weeks, and they were not delivered a week later. Finally Fasoni claimed I had mailed them to the wrong address, although I sent them to the only address on the website, and I had asked them to confirm the correct address a month earlier. This is a fraudulent company, they are thieves, and they lied to me from start to finish. We exchanged 20 emails, and when I finally referred the dispute to my credit card company, Fasoni finally reimbursed the original purchase price.
