Chinese scam website, product looks nothing like the photo and won't refund

I ordered a body warmer for my partner and after reading the reviews, I was a bit skeptical. I made the mistake of reading the reviews after I already ordered! I was very surprised when I received my order and it was excellent quality and looked just like the photos, only issue was, it was too small for my partner. I spoke to customer services who said I could keep the original and they would send a larger size free of charge. I just needed to pay the £7 delivery fee which I was happy to do. When the new body warmer arrived, it was completely different to the original. It was cheap and thin and probably not even worth £5 rather than the £40 advertised on the website. I will not be ordering from there again.

Complete rip off scam. Do not buy from this sham merchant. The items are cheap rubbish take forever to turn up and you have to pay to return to china and argue the toss. Utter scum.

This is the worst experience I had in my shopping online ,it will put me off ordering things from unknown websites,be aware and just blame yourself if you still buy from this website

Do not buy from this company. I was conned after buying an item I believed to be the same as in the website that arrived eventually. In reality it was hugely sized and falling off me and of the most cheapest quality!!When I tried to return they refused only providing a return to China address which I was expected to pay. There have been many many emails and their response is robotic “I am really sorry for your disappointment. Please return for a full refund” Never again. Always check the company out first. This operates from China purporting to be based in the Netherlands!

Sweater received looked nothing like the one advertised & ordered. Didnt bother trying on to see if fits as so horrible I’d not even wear it around the house! 50% refund offered unless return at my own cost to China. Reluctantly accepted this - lesson learned , check reviews before ordering from unknown Company. It did seem to have a London address but ships from China.

Absolutely scammers. Most disgusting company. Ordered a jacket for my wife for @57 pounds but got a very poor quality jacket which could sell on eBay for £2. Please avoid this company.

Great website (I thought), but marketing is all fake. Cashmere jumper advertised, was delivered after 3 weeks, had no labels, felt like acrylic. I then found out item was shipped from China. Refund policy requires you to ship back. Not to the UK address but to warehouse in CHINA !! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. It took many emails to secure a 70% refund. I now see website changed and they show an address in NL. Very unethical company in my opinion.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. This is a scam Chinese company branded like they’re a luxury brand from London. Your items take 3 weeks to arrive , to which they are of the poorest quality and 3 sizes too small. You then go to return the items but have to email them first to get a return label, but gusss what, you never hear from them again. I’m now £150 down with a bag of clothes no good for me. AVOID

Stay away from this company, it's a scam! I should have read the reviews first. It shouldn't be allowed to trade! I ordered a light puffer jacket with a hood in size L, received instead a jacket without a hood and kids size, tiny! They do not give a free return label and shipment to China costs half the value of the jacket. Hope they will enjoy my £60!!!!!!! They are thieves! Shame I cannot remove the one star!

The 3 jackets (£111.68) were unwearable: plastic-like, non-breathable fabric, inconsistent cut, and sizing wildly off — 1×2XL and 2×3XL didn’t fit a UK 10–12 (Medium).

Returns process was obstructive. I asked to cancel on 19 Oct while the parcel was in transit. From receipt of goods I repeatedly requested a prepaid return label and a written returns address, set clear deadlines. The company ignored these requests, asked for extra photos, and pushed 50% then 85% partial refunds instead of issuing a label. They later said return postage was my responsibility, which contradicts their own website policy/terms promising a prepaid label and free returns.

Trading details were also misleading. At purchase the site showed a UK flat address and a UK phone number that didn’t connect; mid-complaint the website switched to a Netherlands company and a different phone number that still nobody answers to.

Status: I have opened a transaction dispute with my bank and reported the company to Action Fraud and Trading Standards as suspected fraud, given the number of similar reviews describing the same pattern. I encourate others to do the same.

This is a company based in China not the UK. Returns are at your own cost so if you order & don't want to keep it you will lose quite a bit of money. They came up under a search for UK based companies as I've been caught out before!

Coat looks nothing like the website (China based company - not London based as website claimed). Coat has arrived far too small despite being Medium.
No labels anywhere on the coat and black Monvalier logo as shown in pic is a rectangle strip of Velcro - have to laugh or I’ll cry having spent £60!

Edited 01.26: the company are now ignoring my refund requests after returning the item. They a TOTAL SCAM! DO NOT USE THEM!

Whatever you do, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS SCAM WEBSITE.

The items are shipped from China and it is nearly impossible to get a full refund without footing the return bill, which is very expensive. Additionally, you will find their customer support extremely reluctant to accept a return. Instead they favour posting a replacement or giving you a percentage refund (not the full amount).

The quality of goods is substandard, which taken together with the inability to return items easily, makes shopping on this website a very bad choice.

Lesson learned here to always read the returns policy and where the items are shipping from because this has been an expensive and stressful waste of time.

From Monvalier I ordered a "Man's Cashmere Pullover V neck (for)£39.95" which included a 75% discount. "Premium material made from luxurious wool...."
A jumper arrived with the consistency and "feel" of cheap cotton but without any labels whatsoever, no size, no manufacturer's name or country of origin, no description of the cloth and and no washing instructions.
I complained and sought a refund under their Refunds Policy. I was obliged to furnish a photograph of the offending garment and then was advised "that the garment had to be returned to China and that international returns can be both costly and time consuming" I was next told I had three options 1. A store voucher 2. a free exchange to another garment or 3. a partial refund of 50%.
Given the Chinese provenance, an additional concern is that this garment might have been made by slave labour

SCAM WEBSITE. Ordered boots which took 3 weeks to arrive. The boots came from China not the UK, even though there is a UK address on the site. The boots arrived and they were the wrong style, badly made and misshapen. Currently trying to get in touch with them but dont hold out much hope.

They are scammers. Not UK based as described. The items are shipped from China. Poor quality when received and the company are saying that it is ‘too costly and lengthy’ to return so can have a store credit to buy another item. I will never order from this company again.

Do not buy from this company if you wish anything to fit! After ordering a SMALL man’s coat to fit a my teenager, the coat came and literally wouldn’t fit a 10 year old, never mind a small man. They sent another coat in a Medium man’s as they wouldn’t refund, and literally couldn’t get it on. Their company address on the website is London, but the jacket is shipped from China. The quality is shocking, the sizes are a joke…honestly don’t waste your money.

Definitely SCAMMERS, I ordered a large and got a very small jacket with a L label. I Cant get intouch to return SO DO NOT ORDER STUFF THROUGH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!
