Don’t waste your money with this shit show. Ordered in February a zipped top, still no delivery. One email from them saying out for delivery be patient. I’ve been completely ripped off for £36-76 no answer to emails and parcel tracking has never worked. PLEASE DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES. Only gave them one star , there in no option for zero.

WARNING. I cannot even give one Star, as I am still waiting to receive this order that I placed in january. The responses to my Messages always ask me to be patient, saying that the relevant department at Montelair is handling the matter. It can only be a scam, as they neither send the items, nor cancel the order, nor refunda the money.

***SCAM*** 6 weeks still no delivery update. Received one email to say item was dispatched but tracking link would not open. SCAM SCAM!!!!!

Complete scam, they take your money and the product never arrives. AVOID THIS COMPANY

I’m only rating as 1 star as you can’t do a 0. They are scam artists. Took money never delivered. Have false tracking info. Blamed customs for holding goods then 3 weeks ago. Learn from my mistake. Do not give these sheisters your hard earned money!

Jeg havde bestilt 2 par bukser den 2 februar og efter længere tids venten, har jeg stadig ikke modtaget mine varer!!!!!! Jeg har skrevet lidt med firmaet,men de svarer nu ikke på mine mail.....undgå at købe noget fra dem !!!!!!!!!!

Don’t trust this shit , it’s really scam

I am rating this company 1 as i cannot give a 0 star review! After 2 months the order never arrived ! Don't get me wrong if you enquire whereabouts of the good that you have spent hard earned cash on you will get a lovely reply , but you will also get lies . An example of this was that they had instructed His Majesty's Customs to hurry my 3 pairs of GANT joggers through Customs at the airport . Other responses stated that they had specialist teams looking into the whereabouts of my order . I on the 15th email exchange with them and they have now stopped responding ! I will be telling everyone i know to avoid these Clowns !

I bought 3 hoodies two months ago. They constantly told me it was on its way. And then I heard nothing more. I have no idea how they are allowed to be on main stream platforms. They are enabling this to happen. Please take them down as they are scammers.

Do not buy anything from this company. I am not someone that normally buys goods through Facebook platforms but this add kept popping up so I thought give it a go. After two weeks of no arrival I tried to contact them to no avail. then I got e-mail saying your parcel was delivered. I can guarantee it was not. Then e-mailed them again got e-mail back say being investigated. The whole thing is a scam. No customer service team or telephone number to speak with someone and the e-mails coming back are all automated. Avoid buying from this online scam company.
