Wish I’d of read the reviews before I purchased anything from this diabolical company. Absolutely useless. I’ve emailed them for 2 weeks now they send a acknowledgment email back and that’s it. They send faulty goods and customer service is awful.

Purchased aquarium complete kit arrived with missing parts, but customer services sorted it out right away and came 2 days later. Very happy customer.

Wonderfull service from the Dutch located Monster office on a delivery issue at the transport company. Took ownership of the probleem and made sure a new product was shipped towards me immediately.

Avoid, no after sales service for their products.
Wouldn't address what was obviously a manufacturing defect on a product they sold that was only a few months old.
An opaque "guarantee, - they don't believe their "mechanical" guarantee should apply to a product that was purely mechanical in nature and operation - a clothes dryer rope and pulley set. They also exhibited no understanding of consumer law and the liabilities this bestows on a retailer.
Amazon (Monster Group are a Market Place trader on the platform) were apologetic enough about the company's behaviour to provide a refund.

Q-RAX HEAVY DUTY SHELVING UNIT.
Purchased a Q-Rax Heavy Duty Shelving Unit. Had the Grey finish which is nice but in blue as well. The unit is very easy to put together and when shelves are on it is very strong and sturdy. Rubber Hammer supplied and good instructions. Very pleased with this purchase.

From my experience I can only say the customer service has been excellent, goods ordered, goods arrived, a couple of queries, which were sorted by the team very fast, nope I definitely recommend purchasing from monstergroup, keep it up especially Will, Hugh and Josh, well done.
