Received quotation quickly and then received follow up telephone call shortly after. Just an enquiry at this stage which was acceptable and not put under any pressure to proceed.

Subject: Complaint Regarding Misleading Lease Deal and Poor Customer Service
Dear Money Shake and Car Wow,
I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding our recent experience while applying for a car lease through your services.
We applied for a Renault Rafale lease deal advertised at £280 per month, which appeared to be a very competitive offer. As part of the process, we provided full personal and banking details with the understanding that a credit check would be carried out and we would receive a call back within 24 hours. Unfortunately, this call never came.
Upon following up, we were informed that the advertised price was incorrect and the actual cost would be over £600 per month—more than double the advertised figure. We were also told that no credit check had been completed because our income figures "seemed acceptable." This seems highly unprofessional and raises concerns about data handling and the integrity of your application process. Surely anyone could provide arbitrary income details, which is exactly why a proper credit check should be conducted.
To date, we are still waiting on a promised call from management to discuss the issue. The lack of communication and misleading pricing has left us disappointed and frustrated. Based on this experience, I would not recommend your services to others.
I hope you will take this feedback seriously and improve your processes to ensure clearer communication and greater transparency in the future.

Incorrect advertising.
After showing interest in a lease car via an email i was extremely excited. Requesting a quote (£208), i cannot describe my disappointment when it arrived at nothing like, nearly £200 more.
The wind now out of my sails, an advisor continued with some enthusiasm to make a sale. Printing error? Feels like a hook to me.
This day and age it should not happen!

Quoted on the website at £185 per month and then immediately upped to £355 per month after providing contact details (quote then given over email from the lease provider) with no change in information or requirements. Now receiving a lot of marketing emails with no benefit.

Price quoted inaccurate
I was getting ready to proceed with the company (Carwow Leasing) I was put in touch with and the price was raised by quite a bit. This did not feel right. The price you see on the Moneyshake site may not be the price you end up with, be careful along your journey.
