We had are onboarding yesterday with Lauri! The experience was great! We hope everything with money penny goes just as smooth!! She was very nice and knowledgeable and we hope everyone is the same.

We've been using Moneypenny since the transition from VoiceNation. It was a little rough at the beginning but our client support manager, Jessica (also our account manger from our previous answering service), was amazing through the whole process. She is professional, friendly, and always available to troubleshoot and fix issues. The operator team helped us never miss a call and made our customer interactions smoother. Would recommend!

We have only just started, and Brittany Farris has been so helpful in getting us set up and following up to ensure we are happy with the service. It was such an easy process to implement quickly. We think this will be a big improvement for our customers to always have someone answer our phones since we are a small office and can get tied up on a call or pulled away from the phone.
