Like pretty much everyone else, I didnt sign up and this is a complete scam. when my brilliant bank noticed they had attempted to take money for a second time, they froze my card at 1.30 and messaged me to call them. Said didn't recognise the company at all, and for what they do - my brother in law owns a garage so why would I?. I wrote to to the company asked them to explain, to be told I had signed up and even authorised payment through 3D secure, but dont worry they would cancel for me! - absolute Boll**** - I asked them to send me evidence, chased them twice - nothing. Like another reviewer on here I have also reported them to action fraud.

Never signed up for this taking money out of my bank account don’t know how they got my details. Want a refund ASAP as I’ll be reporting this even further.

Never visited there site, never subscribed, never even heard of them but somehow they steal money from your bank. £17.29. Reporting for fraud.

Avoid. Did a search for a bad credit loan through Cash fin loans, , these guys came up. Nothing to do with what I wanted, requesting card details so shut down the page straightaway.

They have somehow scraped my card details and have helped themselves to 2 payments of around £17.80 this month (Jan 2026). I do not own a car. I do not drive. I have never signed up for any kind of car services and have reported the transactions to my bank and the police. Disgusting company.

Same as everyone else’s reviews. Charged my account without any prior agreement or approval. I had not heard of this company, ever.

For those who get billed, please contact your bank and dispute the charge. Banks seem to be aware of this scam and in my case were very quick to rectify the issue. Thankfully, I was refunded within 3 hours after reporting a case. I’ve had to get new cards sorted out but I am assured this merchant is now blocked on my account file.

Be careful! I have no idea how my card managed to get to their file. Im usually one to spot a good scam but this one is a mystery.

The taste is not as good as before. The quality is low compared to the price.

I noticed an unknown, unauthorised transaction for £17.29 had been taken from my account so Immediately called the bank.
They traced it back to a search I had made looking into my credit history .
Apparently, somehow these companies hide behind other companies, so if you put in your account details for a 0.00 card check which you then usually have to authorise , you are unknowingly subscribing to this hidden company (MOLTO.CC ) and because you have authorised the payment it is not regarded as fraud .
What the bank did for me was open a dispute,refund me money and block any further transactions .
These scammers are unfortunately very clever, because if I had reported it as a fraud I most likely would not have got my refund as I had authorised it...even though I had no idea...thank god I had a sensible,helpful customer service advisor on the other end of the line 😫🤷‍♀️

I have no idea who this company are, but they've taken £17.29 from my bank. I never signed up with them, have nothing in my e-mails confirming an account, and their site contact options do not work. The site says they are an AI car care company. I don't have a driving licence, don't drive and don't own a car. I'm contacting my bank to try and claim this back, but if you see this, contact your bank immediately. This is 100% not a legit company.

I have no idea who this is. Every month for the past 4 months they have taken money. I have a new card and they were able to take money off that. I am phoning my bank on Monday (Thursday there is nothing they can do until it’s no longer pending) to complain and report fraud.

Was notified by my bank that Molto.cc was trying to get money from my account, I have never heard of or used this company

Scam!!!! Never owned a car nor subcribed to their services but they have taken a payment out of my account. Please beware! Report to the police and to the fraud agency!

I had a transaction leave my account that I didn’t recognise. I then did some investigating which brought me to this Milton DOT cc website. I have never heard of this company nor have I ever signed up for any subscription. I have emailed them in regards to this transaction to which they told me I subscribed to them. I think not. I will get my money back. Scammers

Scam have taken 2 months of money off me 17.29. Froze my card and its staying that way also im changing my card too. I tried to cancel subscription just in case i made a mistake and its just failing me. But i know deep down i havent wanting to subscribe as for start i dont drive.

Scammer! tried to take money out of my bank for a subscripton i never signed up for. never even heard of this company untill my bank alerted me to a potential fraudlent transaction at 1 am this morning! thank god my bank has steps in place for me to approve all transactions before money leaves my account! Card has been blocked and replaced by bank. hopefully my bank will do the same with future attempts. no clue how they got hold of my card details.

Scam taken 17.29 out of my account with no knowledge of this company went back through my account they have been taking money out monthly under another name as well

Taken money out my account for a subscription I never signed up for. Reported for fraud. I’ve never heard of this company until I saw a transaction leave my account

These people are scammers. They have taken £17.29 for last 4 months and changed their company name almost each time. In July 2025 the company name was THEACC.co.uk then changed to AI-ACC in October then changed again to MOLTO.CC. Reported to bank as a scam as I did not sign up to any type of car care subscription which apparently is what this company provide. BEWARE!!!
