Never signed up to this subscription and when I entered my email on their website it said no account existed. Yet they changed my bank 17.40, absolute scam and I’ve reported them

Scam scam scam. Took money so rang my bank cancelled my card and got my money back. Then they do it again.

Took £17.29 from my account over night, never heard of them, and not interested in them.

Contacted Barclays who have agreed to stop any future payments, and dispute the transaction, if they complete the transaction.

Contacted Ai-ACC support, request refund, and Data Protection officers details, so a formal request can be submitted to remove all information they hold on me, including my card details.

These are scammers who take £17.29 fraudulently on a monthly basis without any consent being given. Their company name was THEACC.co.uk in July and September, they then changed it to A1.ACC and are now trading under MOLTO.CC and continue to scam people. I’ve reported these transactions which have occurred since July 2025 to my bank who have blocked any future transactions and have also issued myself a new debit card. Report these transactions to your bank ASAP!!

I've reported this site to action fraud and the few other legal companies who deal with fraudalant and cyberhacking companies I recommend everyone else do the same. I noticed a transaction on my bank account from this company, do not know who they are or how they got bank details when trying to log in you can not do do it will boot you to a free trial which you cannot even view there terms of service etc. PLEASE DONT LET THUS COMPANY KEEP COMMITING FRAUDALANT ACTIVITY REPORT IT

How egotistical could you all be? Keep withdrawing funds from my account without my permission. To cancel the subscription, I sent a number of emails, but the support staff is, guess what, unresponsive.
I nearly lost a whole month because of them, but my investment plans with "s ta mp life" kept me from going bankrupt.

I want my money returned to my account cancel the subscription and stop taking my money

they took the subscription amount from my account in which i have no idea who they are and have never signed up to this. When i emailed them they advised they have cancelled my subscription - when i asked what car this was referencing they blocked me being able to email them. Bank and contacted report fraud.

Another charge, and they’ve tried taking more out according to my bank! They must have cottoned on to the fact they ended up getting blocked but have changed some numbers so have been successful again!!! Scammers! Be wary of more payments, as they’re being crafty and switching minor details on their end to enable to carry on taking transactions. I didn’t sign up to them as I do not drive!! So frustrating as I don’t know where they have my details from!!

No idea who they are. Dont drive. Dont have a licence. But they charged my bank account. Forwarded to the fraud team and waiting for a new card now. So annoying.

What the hell is this company, they just took £17 from my account?!

I just nearly got scammed out of £17.29 from these people if you can call them that. I don't drive, or even hold a driving license so would never of signed up for car repair service. Carflo is a car repair service and acc.co.uk is a Christian community group so definitely a scam group.

Never heard of this company, never owned a car, been able to drive or even have a full driver's licence, so there has never been a reason for me to sign up to this company. Like everyone else, have had nearly £18 taken from my bank - now have to dispute with my bank, get the card canceled and all that annoyance. How they got my details, I'll never know.

No idea who this company is, but took £17.29 from my account last month and just tried again tonight. Reported to my bank as fraud/scam.

I experienced this and £17.29 was taken from my account I had spoken with my bank Natwest who put a request to stop all future payments I also searched Carflowacc.co cancel membership and input my email which confirmed my subscription which I had never applied for cancelled I then tried this with a random email which stated they couldn’t find an account linked to this email so I know this was successful

Debited 17.29 from my account, never used this company before. Flagged as scam and NatWest have refunded.

Taken money from my account! I have never heard from them!

I do not own a car and have never subscribed to this website yet they have some how tried to take 17.29 out of my account 3 times not sure how and I've cancelled my card twice and they have still tried , how is this possible? 😡😡😡

Same taken £17.29 without me knowing who they are, I don't even own a car!!
