I order a solar fountain on May 20 and still haven’t received it (it’s July 9). I contacted customer service four or five times and Am still trying to get an adequate answer. I’ve had to push to get a response and they still haven’t told me where my order is. No apology just a response saying “thanks for ur patience.” I didn’t realize the product had to be shipped directly from China then once it got to Jamaica, NY no updates. Ordered on May 20, wasn’t processed two weeks later, got to US end of June, now no communication from company!

I would not have even given one star but I didn't think that was a choice. This company is a complete fraud. We ordered the automatic pruning shears and scissors for $44 thinking they would be similar to the video we saw on pinterest. The shears were very powerful and ripped through tree limbs, etc. However we received a $10 pair of shears we could have gotten at home depot. Very disappointed. You can return the item but it costs more for shipping than you paid. Terrible company.

I purchased a pair of "Automatic Branch Scissors & Pruning Shears" for $39.95 and only receive a $10 pair of manual pruners that I could pick-up any Lowes or Home Depot. The company contact is Michele Orais (Modern Mint) and she stated that I ordered the manual pruners by my own mistake. This is not true and I sent her the original order email receipt that shows the purchase price, description and image of the product purchased. Michele said I can return the item to a return address located in China but the shipping costs will be near or exceed the purchase price of the item. This web store is a scam and do NOT buy anything from them!!!!

Unfortunately I also did not read the reviews before I ordered a pressure washer. Ordered on May 1 - still hasn't been delivered as of July 7. CROOKS!!!

I ordered the crevice weeding hook and the nightmare began. After 3 weeks, no product. I sent emails and no results; then got confirmation of delivery but that was a lie, then they said it was a mistake, and it was on the way. After another 2 weeks I received a beaten up box in mailbox. Inside was no paper work, no label, nothing from the company, just the product which did not have the component that was shown in ad. A sharp curved hook utensil was shown digging the weeds out of planks in the ad. The ad stated for wood,cement driveways and pavers. The hook on my device is not a hook. It is a screw that is too big to fit between my garage parkway. I spent $43.00 on this useless item. My credit card company is handling it. This is false advertising. What a company of crooks and carpetbaggers. It’s obvious they don’t believe in Reaping what you Sow. These owners need prayer and legal ramifications. DON’T place that order, whatever you do!

I ordered the Giant Wobble Ball in May for my grandsons birthday visit June 13th. Today is July 7th and it just came in the mail with only the ball but no way to inflate it. I had contacted Modern Mint several times and they always replied that it “was on its way”. I have looked at other websites for this ball and there is clearly some items missing. Had I known this was shipping from China or had read these reviews, I would have never ordered it. The return address was to “Mary” in Jamaica, NY. My advice is to save your money and spent it at a reputable company! I have tried to contact them and will certainly change my review should they reply back with a suitable solution.

I ordered the Automatic Branch Scissors & Pruning Shears for a total of $31.96 and instead I received a pair of manual pruning shears that would only have cost me $10-$12 at one of my local hardware stores nearby.
Very Conveniently their RETURN POLICY also states that there will be no REFUNDS if past 30 days of the order being confirmed. I waited exactly 32 days for this stupid item to finally be delivered to me.
This is a SCAM and totally BOGUS.

Ordered hose attachment 2 months ago. Still nothing and cannot get hold of mdr. Total scam.

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY! Total fraud. Recently purchased pressure wash hose attachment that looked nothing like the one advertised. It DID NOT remove anything as advertised! Absolute and total false representation .

I paid almost $80 for a hair straightener that I could have bought on Wish for $16; which is more than the piece of garbage is worth. It pulled out more hair than it straightened and was basically two pieces of plastic held together by a pin.

It came from NY, but when I tried to return it the address I was given was CHINA with a reminder that - per their website - if it's not damaged they don't cover shipping.

So, in order to get my $80 back, I'll have to pay $60.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY.

Like everyone else has said, Do not order anything from these SCAMMERS, I ordered the rechargeable battery-powered automatic pruning shears for $30 and received a $3 cheaply made hand pair. Unfortunately, I only read the reviews after receiving the junk item. DIRTBAGS - I hope they pay for their acts one day

Do not order from this company. I ordered the pressure washer extension on May 18th and have yet to receive it. I have since brought a pressure washer and have used it several times. When I requested a refund, I was told I could not get one since the product has shipped. The status of my order is unknown and I am unsure if I will ever get it. DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY. They will take your money.

I,too, wish I could give this company negative stars. I ordered the power branch pruners for about $32 (70% off!). It took a month and I received $7 Manual pruning shears. after contacting customer service, they told me that I had chosen that item when ordering and there was nothing they could do about it. I could get a refund (minus shipping) if I sent the pruners back to China! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!!

I wish I could give no stars. I should have read the reviews before ordering. I ordered the water jet April 12th and received it June 29th. It doesn’t connect to my water hose without spraying water from the connection. You can buy the same product from Walmart and return it when you are not satisfied. The scam is they charge you the minute you order the product. They know the product does not work as advertised and assume the consumer will write off their $30 in lieu of spending over $100 to ship it back. Or they hope the consumer will forget they ordered it because of the extended amount of shipping lag. Either way this company is a total scam.

Hello I bought a hand held sewing machine back in march and still have not got it in mail and the customer service is a joke they are no help stay away from them.

Also scammed 6 weeks and still no item? like everyone one else will not be able to return. This company should be shut down. Buyer beware.

Horrible company. I ordered the power jet sprayer which is nothing more than a piece of junk, It took six weeks to arrive and now that I want to return it.....I can't. They claim 100% satisfaction, but you have to return the product to China (at your cost), but now with COVID they are not accepting returns. If you contact your bank to dispute the sale, they will charge you a $35 "investigation" fee. Buyer beware. This is nothing more than a scam operation.

If I could do negative five star review I would. This is apparently a drop ship scam company. I will NOT send my crappy item back to China. I will give them bad reviews every chance I get.

I bought the hydro Jet pressure power washer on 4/23/20 and today is 6/23/20 .My package went from Jamaica, NY to Los Angeles, CA and I'm in Florida. Definitely is a scam .I don't understand how is it that the TV is advertising a product from a company in china . ????

Save your money! I ordered the Hydro Washer a month ago, and it still has not arrived. The "tracking" shows it in Los Angeles, but it has shown that for ten days. I actually think Modernmint sold my phone number to spammers, since I've received an inordinate number of spam calls since I placed my order. The
video of the Hydro Washer admitted that what it showed was actually a real power-washer, and not their product. Shame on me for ordering it anyway!
