I will never buy from them again. I spent $64. On a little piece of crap air cooler. The wait for shipping took forever. The product is a joke. Way way overpriced. Its rediculous. Never again. .

Order 3 balls for grandkids that they guarantee to be indestructible. They got to play with them for 3 hours and next morning all 3 were deflated. Thought they needed to be blown up each time but no, they all had hoes in them. They were $50 each Have tried to contact company several times with no response.
No customer service.

Was told to return the product to China for a refund according to the return policy. The price to ship was double what I paid for an inferior and damaged product. No help from customer service. So stupid of me to order through Shopify without knowing the company.
It is a total sham. My first clue wsa the shipping address when I received a damaged product: Mary...City of INdustry, CA–really!

this is a SCAM! all the reviews on the website are fake ... even the "founders" are fake. this is made and shipped from China and it SUCKS! DO NOT BUY THE PRODUCTS!!! SCAM

When I FINALLY got product after about 2 months it was cheap, overpriced, and did not work. This company lures you in by the website and sends you inferior products at inflated prices. The product I payed $50 for, I saw a similar one on Amazon for about $20. Shame on me for not researching. This Modernmint product popped up in my feed and it was enticing enough for me to buy without checking about the reputation of the company or price comparisons. If there is anything positive to say about Modernmint it’s that I will now throroughly research company and product before I buy.

I had no idea my package would take over two months to arrive. The product was okay. And when I emailed customer service I did get replies (not very helpful). Those are the only reasons I give ModernMint two stars. The big issue is, the company does not tell you they are shipping the product from the backwoods of China by the slowest means possible. My package went from China to a place called Jamaica, New York (yep, it's a real place, where it languished for over three weeks, not moving). Then it was sent to Caliofrnia for another two and a half weeks. This is even worse, because I live on the eastern half of the U.S. Then it went to somewhere called Greenwood (which could have been in any state with a town named Greenwood.) And finally I received the package almost two months to the day from the time I ordered the product (a garden hose converter to a jet spray device.) I would't have minded so much if MM had told me delivery would be two months from the start, but they didn't. Only order from this company if you have the patience of Job.

It has now been almost two months since I ordered my product. Have requested update from company but no response. Package tracking says it was received by the logistics company on July 3rd; it's now July 14th and it's still sitting in the warehouse. Wish I had read reviews before ordering. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY or NEWGISTICS (the delivery company).

Having a real problem getting my order customer service no help and not being honest with what I order

I wish I had read these ratings prior to ordering. The product promotion is beyond deceptive; itis flat out thievery, “Classic bait and switch.” There was no semblance between what I ordered and what was delivered. When they finally responded, they informed that I ordered the wrong product and there was nothing they could do. john murphy

I put in my order June 3, 2020. They happily took my money straight away!!!! It is now July 13, 2020. Where is my order??? Rep says my package is in NY (June 26, 2020). But your tracking says its in Jamaica???? Why is a package coming from China to the US in Jaimaca??? And still, they refuse to acknowledge my repeated requests for my $$$ back. It's a scam!!!

***I finally got my money back but I had to go through my bank. I also had suspicious activity on my account. Someone tried to buy gas in Philadelphia. Never been to Philly!! But my bank caught it and blocked my card. I can't imagine how it was possible when I am in possession of the card. I don't know if the two events are related but it was awfully coincidental since the unauthorized card use was two days after filing the complaint with my bank.***

I ordered automatic pruning shears and waited so long for the order to arrive. And was very disappointed to receive a manual pruning shears that is similar to the ones you can buy from a dollar store for $4 Canadian. Wrote them to ask them why am I receiving this cheap pruning shears, they said I ordered the manual pruning one for $52 Canadian. Wrote back to tell them their ad is very deceiving and told them they are a scam. They offered for a refund provided I return the item at my expense. I told them to go to trust pilot and read about all the people they scammed. This business owner is devoid of conscience and morals. Don’t throw away your money for scammers like them.

I can’t really even give them 1 star I ordered the limb trimmer that was on Facebook. They charged my bank account over a month ago. I have tried contacting them by email mail and have had no response. Don’t order from them. I may turn them in to my bank to see what legal action I can take.

Please for your sake DO NOT BUY ANYTHING from Modern Mint! I’ve been waiting for my Hydro Jet power washer to arrive for 2 months and I have been contacting them on a regular basis and they keep telling me the item was already shipped and it’s currently in Jamaica and there are delays due to the global crisis; however, I’ve purchased nearly 100 things online before and during this crisis and all items have arrived within days or weeks at most! Modern Mint will not allow me to cancel my order (note: I found the same product on other websites for half the price and I could have received within 2 days!). This is a complete scam and hoping to save someone else from going through the same (frustrating and revolting) experience!

Buyer Beware!!! This is a SCAM! Ordered the crevice weeding device on June 24. I thought this was an American company. Just checked the tracking...the device is still in China. I will research and check reviews on these companies before making a purchase. Lesson learned...

I’d give them ZERO STARS!
I ordered a pressure washer May 6th and today is JULY 10th still no pressure washer! I’m pissed! And will be calling my bank for a refund! I recommend that everyone else should do the same!
Package sat in Jamaica for 3weeks!

i wish they had a no star selection. took months to get my items then when they came only 1/2 of what i purchased showed up. they should be put out of business.

Yep, same experience with the solar water fountain. And, I got a fraud alert on my credit card from around the same time. Could be coincidence, but probably not.

They deserve negative stars. They advertised automatic branch scissors & pruning and I received ordinary manual garden shears. I looked up reviews before purchasing and did not come across this page. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY

Similiar to the other reviewers, I wish i had read all the negative reviews before buying. I had no idea my purchased item was being shipped from China!! The pictures on the website were misleading as it appeared to be a company in the US. Not cool with the COVID situation either as I avoid all shipments from China now.

So, I waited several weeks before the item, a solar bird bath fountain, arrived & it’s really a terrible design and overpriced.

To get a refund, I’m not going to spend as much as I paid for the item on S/H to send it back to China, which apparently is my only option.

I should have just ordered a similiar item from Amazon...they have excellent customer service & A-Z guarantee.

Trusy me, i will never order from Modern Mint again. Buyer beware!
