Dont do it don’t do it don’t do it. I can’t believe I got scammed!!! I’m soooo angry. I bought a power washer and I never received it. I tired emailing them and the email address is not working I get an error! No one answers the phone. How can someone do this?!? Biggest fraudulent company ever!!

Do not purchase anything from this company. I ordered a “portable air cooler” from modern mint that arrived a month late without any explanation; despite my many calls and e-mails all I received from their customer service was a template apology and some bogus tracking information with a dead link attached. To my initial surprise, and ultimate disappointment, I eventually received my “air cooler” but it DOES NOT WORK. Modernmint is simply a scam; do not waste your time, money, or patience.

Do not buy the solar fountain !!!
It took 2 months for it to arrive and it does not work well
Only gives minimal spray in bright sunshine and does not store energy so nothing if the sun is not directly on it
I want to return it and was told I needed to pay $10-12 to ship it back to China for a refund.
That is NOT hassle-free

We ordered the Mosquito Killer. None of them actually worked - they were defective. We couldn't even see if they did what was promised bc the fan didn't work. We contacted them, and they offered to give us a refund as long as we paid for return shipping from California.....TO THEIR WAREHOUSE IN CHINA. What a ripoff. They are fully aware that paying for return shipping to China may cost more than the product, so they won't have to give us a refund bc they won't give a refund until they actually receive it and who is going to pay that shipping?

After at least 15 emails, issued small refund as product took over two months to arrive. Apparrently from China. Terrible product. Assembled incorrectly so unable to attach power washer to hose. Contacting customer service again. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY Lesson learned

Bought, (paid for) automatic shears advertised at 70% off, paid $45.00 with shipping, got a pair of cheap ($12.00 from any hardware store) hand shears. Called and talk with support and basicallythey told me “tuff $4it”. There stuff is crap and more expensive than most hardware stores

what junk. Do not buy from them. I tried returning a purchase and they don't accept returns for not liking an item. Was told it us not part of their business model. Way, way overpriced for made in China junk.

I ordered a pressure washer attachment to your garden hose in APRIL, I emailed customer support four times with them saying one was being shipped asap, it is now end of July and still have not received this product.

I ordered battery operated tree limb sheers and received a no name brand hand pruning sheers for the same price of over $40. The email response I received said that I selected the hand sheers from a drop box...there was no drop box! I know what I ordered and feel cheated.

I placed an order on May 6 and it is now July 20 and have not received my order. I've contacted Modern Mint several times without any help. They can't tell me why my package has not been delivered. They won't refund the cost for something I didn't received. Terrible company and customer service. PLEASE DO NOT BUY FROM THEM.

I ordered the garden shears and they came with an adapter that does not work with our outlets. I had to spend $58.20 to return to China ..I will never order from you again as you sell fraudulent products that do not work here.

The website is a complete scam! I ordered a electric pruner cost $149 a month ago and just received. The package is quite dirty and came from a PO Box in Ontario Canada .After I tried to charge the pruner, I found the power plug can not fits into the machine. I contacted the 1-844-9553010 (is shown on the website), it is voicemail that only remind please go to the website.So. I have to write a email to them. .. They replied me. If I ask the refund, I have to mail the product to China mainland (Shen Zhen)first！ Have you ever met this situation in North America? It is so ridiculous!

Do not buy anything in this website. All the information can not be trusted!

I, too, ordered the automatic branch scissors from them, but instead received a cheap pair of pruning shears Anyone could buy from their local Dollar Store. When I emailed them about the wrong item received, they told me that I checked off on a non-existent box requesting the cheap shears. Modern Mint should be shut down for deceiving potential buyers and for false advertising. I will report them to the BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU!

Sadly, I can see why this company is getting these bad reviews! I ordered an item that was described and showed on the picture, but when it came it was a cheap and different version of what I ordered. They said I had to choose from this little box, (which I never saw). The item I got was a different item, cheaply made and yet I paid a big price for it. This company is adverting it's products fraudulently.

Well, I got caught, I did not read reviews.
Ordered battery shears at $58.90 and received $5 hand clippers.
So So bad this is becoming the norm for this country to rip us off. The sooner it changes the better. I see the rest of the world realizing this fact, let's get rid of these companies, manufacture our own products that we can respect and rely on and have some faith and trust.

If I could give it a zero I would!! Their Video ad on the Mintiml Crevice Weeding Hook popped up while I was on another site. It looked AMAZING!! I ordered as a gift for my husband on Father’s Day. I then saw what looked like the exact product on Amazon that was HALF the price! It didn’t arrive for six weeks! Unbeknownst to me it came from China! I’m sure now that it’s a very poorly manufactured ripoff. And when it did arrive it was a JOKE!! The box was crushed, small, and It was not what it looked like in the ad!! Not worth $2 and they’re charging about $79! Very small, no hook blade, no holder!! This is a SCAM. Do NOT order anything from this company!!! I’m reporting them to the Better Business Bureau!

Check site carefully - I checked wrong item and their Return policy is shipping to China warehouse on my dime. Cost to return is almost as much as overcharged price on site - I will stick with Amazon.com
