I Demand To Have A 100% Refund. Modern Mint needs to be banned from continuing to defraud customers. Washington State AG will be contacted and follow up on your business practices. The product shipped couldn't even be sold at a Dollar Store much less the $68 charged to my card. Do the right thing and make a refund available. Thanks,

This is the worst scam I have ever dealt with. I ordered battery operated shears and got a cheap 8.00 dollar pair. Hope I can get in touch with the better business berau. Do not order from scum bags

If I could have written this review without having to select any rating star, I would.
I ordered the Foam King pressure washer; shipped from China. Didn’t come with the pictured extension rod; upon sending request to Modern Mint (seller) informing them it was missing, seller requested a photo of item as received, which I sent still inside unopened clear packaging, plus the pictures from their own website showing the extension rod. They replied they would check with the warehouse; 4 weeks later with no response, I emailed them requesting a return label; their response to that was they don’t pay for return shipping, back to China (which was expected to cost almost half the price of the item itself!), and if I wanted them to process a refund immediately, I would need to send them photographic proof of the item and the return shipment.
I think they do that on purpose, figuring most people know the difference wouldn’t be worth the expense of returning the item.
Very disappointing to read on their website that they “have your back” when in reality, they do not.
I would not buy anything from Modern Mint due to their poor customer service and being unhelpful in responding in the first place and then simply instructing me to ship the item back to China.

I sent for a large balloon, unaware the company was in China, capable of being sat on. That big. After 7 weeks I received a small green plastic ball with no instructions and no way to blow it up. Communication with Mdrnmint amounted to prewritten unhelpful replies. I could return the product to China but the cost was almost as high as the $54 I paid for it. Yes, that much. Finally I took it to a bicycle shop that kindly offered to help but after much effort determined the balloon was faulty and nit worth the effort. A complete disappointing disaster. Stay far away from this company.

Same results as previous reviewers. I never received my parcel but the company says it was delivered After checking everything out I would say I'm out $45.00 US and no way of recovering it.

I ordered a power washer wand with a bottle for the cleaner to attach. The wand was supposed to be 3 feet long and it was 9 inches long. The half-gallon bottle was 3 ounces. Of course, there was no way to return it. If I had known it was a Chinese company I never would have ordered from them. They use normal sounding names as the companies they use to scam us. Also, there was no way to attach it to the hose even if I did want to use it.

I purchased a flatiron from a shadow company called Jack and Jillian. After repeated promises to ship (a month and 1/2had passed), I received the product yesterday. The emails I had received appeared to be from contacts within the U.S. or Canada. One of the customer service representatives said they were based in Canada. The flatiron arrived in a simple poly mailer, with a New York return address, with no packing materials or padding. The item itself was cheap, substandard, flimsy and did not appear to have any ceramic or protective coating on the plates. I have seen $20 irons that looked better. When I asked to return it, I was told to return it at my expense to China!! They are well aware that shipping to China would be so expensive it basically cancels out any refund. These are professional scammers and it's time that they are stopped.

I normally read reviews but did not for the items, it took 3 months to come and none of the items were what was advertised. shame on Modernmint and shame on pinterest for having them advertised on their website. The address stated it came from Jamaica NY when in fact when you check the tracking it came came from china. who company is doing this you will burn in hell for all the terrible things you are doing to people. look how many bad reviews. i am soo soo mad i did not do the reviews before i made my purchase. Shame on you.

my order took months to arrive. These look nice on the website, but basically this is Ziploc bag that is heavier plastic. The size of the bags do not have a pleat... Difficult to open, even more difficult to clean. Total waste of money

Ordered the Mosquito killer and the item itself is not broken, however the item does not work. I've had it next to me for 7 days straight and it has yet to catch a single bug yet I have tons of mosquito bites. They do not respond to emails and they do not return phone calls. This is one of those life lessons, research a company before giving them your money.

I have joined the list of victims to this site's scam by also ordering the electric shears and received the manual shears. And as others have stated, I too picked the wrong box that must have must have mysteriously appeared as soon as my order was placed, gee, I must have completely missed it. I have a paper trail too, and I will not be shipping them back to China. I just hope that this ends soon, I see the list is growing more every day. And I truly hope that others will read all of the information before placing orders such as this. I have recently seen several just like Modernmint, how unfair.

I wish I could have seen all this BEFORE I ordered. It took a month to get it and it was damaged and unsafe. I can't even try it. The product is the windshield/cracked glass repair. The company won't even contact you (like the website states).

Actual rating zero. I too fell victim to this site's scam by ordering the electric shears and receiving the el cheapo manual model. Story the same, I picked the wrong box. I have the complete paper trail so hope to get some agency to jump on this. The tracking data on my shipment shows it coming from China when, in fact, it was shipped from California. I intend to send it back there but my expenditure is probably down the tubes. Lesson learned...........

I am giving my order a 1* only because it won't take 0. I ordered a jelly ball in mid May and finally received it at the end of July. The Jelly ball has no directions in how to inflate and the picture on the site shows putting water in it-which is not possible. I am very disappointed since I was going to use this during "this" summer with my grandchildren-rather it is unuseful. Never order from here-I wish I had seen the reviews earlier it is a company from China with poor worthless items.

Oh my - I guess it comes from age and trusting companies - either way - Don’t trust this company for anything - I ordered and received (after 4 weeks) the phone telescope attachment- very poor quality and and impossible to attach to my iPhone. Lesson learned - read reviews of all companies prior to committing money to them.. READ REVIEWS before committing. So it’s my fault. Lesson learned

Modernmint is a scam ... I ordered a set of 2 mosquito killer traps. They were advertising as having a USB charger - one would think you charge them and then they do not need to be plugged into an electrical outlet to use outdoors - that is not the case. There is no power button on the mosquito killer traps - they need to be plugged into an electrical outlet in order to operate. I have no idea if they actually work to kill mosquitos when plugged in ... we wanted to be able to use them in our backyard on a picnic table, etc., without a long extension cord plugging them in.

I ordered the automatic branch scissors with pruning shears--never got it. After a month and a half I got the pruning shears and nothing more. They said I checked some box -that didn't exist- saying I only wanted the shears. Now they have blocked my emails and I'm out my money!!! This company does not stand by their 100% money back guarantee or customer satisfaction.
