A company of integrity to deal with. Good prices, good customer service.
A day after I bought a model from this company I saw a better discount coupon (10%) than the one I was presented with on their website (5%). I emailed the company one day after I bought the item, pointing out this situation & even included the coupon code for the better discount coupon, asking them to honor the lower price by refunding me the difference (5% of a $300 total). The company graciously & generously honored the 10% discount as a courtesy even though it was an expired coupon presented to me through a 3rd party app.

Vastaus yritykseltä Model Universe
We will eventually reply to you. It can take several days to respond to non-urgent customer service emails due to resource limitations. Also, I have searched for an email received from the same email as your order email and payment email and can't find anything received to support@model-universe.com email.
