I always prefer to phone my order through as that way I can be certain with the help of knowledgeable staff that I am ordering the correct Items for my printer, all staff are always polite, friendly and helpful so I can't fault them at all, we have always experienced excellent service from your company, the order arrived the very next day. I recommend them to everyone.

My Epson SC-P600 was clogged up and nozzle checks and cleans were getting nowhere. I took it in to Ink Express and for what I consider a very reasonable charge they worked on it for around 10 days and bought it out of intensive care and back to fully working condition. The staff were so friendly and supportive, and clearly knew their stuff. My printer is happily back up and running and I would recommend anyone to try them out if they need some help and support. I will switch to their third party inks in future too. Thank you

Have been using Ink Express for a few years now after many frustrating attempts at using other company's inks for an Epson SX235W printer. Have tried ink cartridges from Tesco, Cartridge World etc but they would all eventually be rejected by the printer. Discovering Ink Express' refillable cartridges has been a game-changer as all I now need to buy are the ink bottles - I've saved a fortune on printing costs and have had very few problems which have been easily solved by cleaning the print heads regularly.

Wouldn't recommend bought an icc profile its not compatible colours extremely dark have had one reply saying my settings not right somewhere - ny settings are right - no reply to email asking for support sending copies of awful prints wasted so much stock trying to get this right i contacted Ink Experts out of desperation and they have been so helpful and I didnt even buy from them!
