Vastaus yritykseltä Model Universe
The parcel was dispatched to the address as entered during checkout. Our website does not have the capability to shorten or modify addresses during checkout. Which would be an unmanageable costly nightmare if it did. The shipping address on the third party payment method used (Link by Stripe) also correlates with the address provided during checkout. We have received your email on the late evening of 8th October. The auto-reply should explain that the treatment time is up to 7 working days. It has not yet been 2 full working days. Your ticket is in the queue and would normally be responded to later this week. As it's on my mind now, I will respond to you this evening. Regards,
Excellent products, dispatch problems
Excellent products, but always a transit delay because of failure to provide UPS with the required invoices.

Vastaus yritykseltä Model Universe
Unfortunately, it is a requirement of Egyptian Customs to require manual transfer of commercial invoices by email post collection. The delay is unavoidable, even if we attach physical paperwork to the parcel, UPS still delays the parcel and asks for a copy by email. This is not the case for most other countries, which operate with EDI and not INV processes.

6 stars+ if I could.
I have tried ordering a soildo castrol toms supra 1:18 scale from amazon twice.
Both occasions they sent it from Germany across Europe to me in northern ireland in just original box and a paper bag round it.
Never arrived in one peice.
But Model universe managed to understand these are collectible items and packaged the model in a big box with support packaging inside.
I swear I was the happiest person ever when this much sought after supra arrived in one peice.
Thank you so much for how you treat your stock and customers.
