The delivery was on time and the quality of the fabric i received is brilliant no doubt as they’ve shown and described on their website. It was my first time shopping with them and I’ll shop next time too !!

At first, after reading people’s comments I became worried about whether I made the right decision ordering from Modanisa. But then today my delivery came and I was not disappointed. I loved everything I ordered. The pictures on their website matched my expectations and the sizes were okay. The only thing that was a little problem was that the order didn’t come early however Modanisa did tell me my order might come on the 6th of October. I am really happy with my order and In Sha Allah I will be ordering more soon. Thank you very much Modanisa!

Im so dissapointed by modanisa!!!!!

3 months ago, in May 2020, I ordered some clothes. It took about 2 weeks for it to arrive and due to covid, I understood the delay.
When the clothes finally arrived it was all in bad quality and too small. I returned the clothes, and now 3 months later I still haven't heard from modanisa and I haven't got a refund. I wrote to modanisa more than 5 times. All 5 times they told me to wait. I started to get impatient by the wait, so I put pressure to make them to write me an e-mail. They finally wrote an e-mail and I responded quickly. Then they wrote the same e-mail again, as if they didnt get my answer the first time. I wrote my answer again, and they wrote the same e-mail again the third time, which I also responded to. Today (18 august 2020) they wrote me an e-mail saying that because I didnt respond to their e-mail they will close my case. Im so disappointed and I will never shop at modanisa again.

A fuir je déconseille du vol ! On m'a fait payer des frais de livraison de 13 euros environs à l'aller alors que ma commande était à un prix élevé presque 100 euros et la seconde commande vers les 150 euros , et quand j'ai retourné ma commande ils m'ont pris encore 13 euros du vol ! Sans compter les emails au moins 20que j'envoie et aucun retour. et la j'ai envoyé une seconde commande j'ai payé 22 euros de frais de livraison pour le retour et à l'aller ils m'ont pris 13 euros encore alors qu'il y avait écrit frais de livraison gratuits. J'attends un retour encore sinon je n'hésiterais pas à porter plainte au sein de la commission des consommateurs et de la direction de la fraude !

I have emailed modanisa a number of times and no response. No tracking number. No email. Nothing. Its been 11 days now from when I placed the order. I understand covid-19 but this is a joke now. I have ordered before and I had no issues got through via phone but this time I have got nowhere. I have clicked on 'where is my order' and takes me to a tracking page with no tracking number so I couldn't find out even if I wanted too! This was all brought as a birthday present and now I am not sure it will even arrive in time.

DISAPPOINTED
I ordered a tracksuit for my wife which looked nice in the picture. when we got it, it was awful and decided to return and bought another one from their catalog, which was more expensive.

Total £ 20.94
less shipping - £ 12.95 to send the item back
I got a whopping refund of £1.09
Judge for your self. The annoying bit is they don't tell that. probably I would have been better off sending to charity instead.
WHY I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY SHIPPING BACK IS DOUBLE THE PRICE OF INITIAL DELIVERY.

Superb, material and styles. I am shocked to see such bad rating.

The dresses were a bit too long for me but I easily hemmed myself. The material is excellent/ not cheap like other online materials. You just need to find the right style for yourself . I am so pleased with my previous buy that I have ordered more dresses. Will write an update as soon as I get my new purchase.

I ordered Green Almond dress-then, after one month I ordered another Blue dress. They sent me the Green Almond again and I call and told them I got the wrong color. They asked me to send a picture. So, I took a picture of both green dresses and from the website the blue dress I ordered and send them. They told me it’s the correct color. So, I ended up with two green dresses. I will never order from them again. Bad customer service. Be aware bad bad rips off
