Je veux que modanisa m' appel et pour me rembourser jusqu'à maintenant ils mon pas remboursés a chaque fois ils me disent en a procédé un remboursement mais j'en est rien reçu 😡😡😡😡

Je n'arrive pas à compléter mon achat. J'ai rempli mon panier mais lors de payement : 2 fois essayer ultérieurement y'a un problème. 3 fois je mais mes coordonnées mais après confirmation de mon compte bancaire et lorsque je reviens à l'application je trouve mon panier encore rempli et pas de suivi de commande donc j'ai répété action 3 fois et rien ne c'est passé ni sur le site ni prélèvement sur l'application bancaire. Donc je risquais de payer 3 fois ou ne pas payer et ne pas recevoir ma commande

I had an issue with using a coupon code that I won in an Instagram giveaway. For some reason the app says that the coupon is not valid. I have contacted modanisa via WhatsApp, email, DM on Instagram multiple times and been told that a case is being made and they will email me back. I urgently need to make my order and would like to use my coupon. Unfortunately I am still waiting for a response from them.

I have been a loyal customer for a few years. My last order with the company was late for delivery. After repeated emails from myself to them requesting compensation, they have ignored my request. This is unprofessional and ignorant of the company. I will not be shopping again from there.

I placed a order and it said free shipping, but during check out they took £8.99. What is this modanisa?? I did not receive my order yet.

This is a terrible company,I bought eight items only one was delivered & the packaging was tampered with & this filthy useless crooked company refuse to do anything except steal my money.
This is a very rubbish foreign company,
Avoid there quality of merchandise very poor & they should closed down.
The customer services is diabolical & they have in effect tried to keep over £60 of my money.

I ordered three burkini’s from Modanisa their quality was very poor and didn’t look like the image, they are not elastic and do not feel like swimsuits, when I came to refund I was surprised to find out that I had to pay £9.90 for refund on each package I ordered, I am very disappointed, if Modanisa had ensured that their product was of good quality I wouldn’t be refunding my item but due to their mistake I have to pay the price, they make profit of refunds as they know people will be refunding their product due to the poor quality. Also when I contacted costumer service via WhatsApp, they didn’t care about the costumer at all, although I had explained that both orders were under the same name they said I still had to put the items separately and pay £9.90 for each of the packages, honestly such a disappointment. Also on the website it says that I can use their warehouse in the uk but when I asked on WhatsApp they said they don’t have a warehouse in the Uk, but if they don’t then why is it on their website which I have sent screenshots of to them, such a scam.
If anyone had found a way to complain against this company please leave a review with how to do this.

Once they received your money.. they didn’t care about it.. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AS SOON AS POSSIBLE.. it’s been a month now..

Ordered about £100 worth of clothes from them and half of them were not the correct size that was described on their website. Customer service took ages to get back me to and eventually now that it has come to returning the items they have processed my return BUT NOT GIVEN ME THE RETURN SLIP. The website is also not allowing me to delete that return request and start again. I WANT MY MONEY BACK.

I purchased a few hundred pounds worth of clothes for my mother, a few of them did not fit her so we had to return them as there is no exchange policy (£130 worth of clothes that were returned) . There is no free returns so I had to pay for UPS signed and tracked to return the items. These were sent over a month ago and the tracking information shows several failed attempts to deliver to Modinsa. I contacted UPS and they stated that Modinsa failed to collect/receive the package and will not answer the phone, failing this they state the package will be destroyed or sent to UPS lost and found if Modinsa don't collect it. I have emailed Modinsa 5 times and also contacted their customer service team 3 different times via their WhatsApp providing the tracking number and asking for any information/updates on why they do not pick up the package etc but it seems like they either do not care or do not understand. Very bad customer service. I will be contacting my bank to get a charge back on the value of items which have been returned if I do not hear back from this Company.

This company does not deserve the one star but I had no choice. I purchased a Burkini advertised as swimwear. I received a suit completely made of satin with no elasticity whatsoever even though the label says 20% lycra. In addition it has a row of tassels on the shoulders that were not in the photograph on the website. It would be quite impossible to imagine that one could swim in wet satin.
So I wrote to Modasina and complained after I was unable to use their return service. Their return service is another saga altogether. It calculated the value at half the price I paid for it. And charged 10 pounds for return postage.
I had a reply which seemed as if they have not really read my complaint about the burkini or their return service.
I am entitled to a full refund and yet they will not deal with my return and complaint. Next I'm looking into reporting this company to an ombudsman that looks after international trade.

Before Eid I ordered a number of items costing me just over £70. I ordered 10 items of which of only 5 arrived. I then emailed them and asked where was the rest and was advised they checked the CCTV and my order was fully packed. They then refused to provide me with a copy of the CCTV (probably lied about this). Rather than bringing this matter to an end by offering to send the items or a partial refund they brushed it off by saying they will pass this on to the tracking company. Never order from this site, their lack of professionalism in dealing with customers is absolutely appalling.

This has been the most worst experience of my life with ordering online. I paid over 100 pounds for 14 items. I needed them for eid. They delivered only 4 items in such a small box. I complained the minute I received my order. And they couldn't give me a timeframe to when my order will be resolved. Now they have said the issue is resolved and that cctv has been checked and all my items were packed. I am devastated. I just can't explain the way I am feeling. It works out that I paid alot for just 4 items. Which one has already started falling apart. I advise everyone to please please please record the package being opened infront of hermes when it gets delivered so you have solid evidence if there are items missing. I have never had such a bad experience. I will never order from them again and neither would anyone I know. They literally scammed me.

There’s a lot of negative reviews but I had a pleasant experience. The clothes looked exactly like the picture, and it all came on time. Was able to track delivery also.
Clothes were good price and quality. Would order again

I'm still waiting for a concrete answer!!! Order N 73027109, I placed this order on 12.03.2021 and it hasn't arrived yet! I keep asking for information and I get no answer but THE SAME. I spent a whopping 71.99 EUR!
I want a refund immediately,thank you Modanisa!!!!!!

Still no contact from Modanisa Customer service. Its just a waste of my time will not be shopping from them again. VERY DISSAPOINTING.

Still waiting for Modanisa to contact me. I guess they are also good at making false statements.
I love modanisa app and their clothes, really affordable for all budgets. I have ordered before and was really pleased.
Unfortunately they have hidden charges so be careful. I ordered 26 items for the girls in my house and was charged an extra £11 for delivery when the delivery was free. When inquired they said I had to place an order of 12 items or below. They don't clearly display this information you have to read the small print. So basically the less you buy the better you are. That's a new way to do a business. So I would not be buying from modanisa again and would not recommend to my family and friends. There are other platforms that offer the same range of clothes. last month I found a deal of when you spend £60 you receive a voucher of £60 that I should of received on the 1st of April . I received my order and was looking forward for the voucher then I was really surprised on the 1st of April when I haven't received anything so I decided to contact them then the shock is they asked me to spend another £150 to be able to claim the £60 voucher now how disappointing is that for their loyal customers .I have lost trust on them and for sure I will never buy from that company again, I just want to let anyone who is thinking to purchase anything from them when they have offers to be aware because I don't want anyone to feel the way I felt . really unhappy and disappointed .

Been waiting since August 2020 for Modanisa to refund me £63 that they owe me for not sending me eight items that I ordered. They sent me one dress and claim that it's my fault because I took the package in? Don't know that makes sense. I've contacted them literally around 100 times and they have seriously poor customer service and procedures. The most unorganised, careless and unprofessional company I have ever had to deal with. I will never buy another thing from that website! If you want decent clothing buy from somewhere else.

Expensive returns.
Don't refund for out of stock items. I contacted them about it and they said they did and I asked for the date they refunded me and they said they don't have that information on their system. Absolute joke.
