The package was never shipped and they are not responding
I placed an order for a phone cover on March 29th, and as of today (April 14th), the package has still not been shipped. The website claims a standard delivery time of 4 days, which is clearly not true.
I have sent multiple emails requesting a refund, but no one has responded. Zero communication, zero accountability.
This feels like a scam. I strongly advise others to avoid ordering from this company.
