Ero entusiasta di mobike. Così ho comprato un abbonamento annuale prima che la gestione passasse a RideMovi. Ora a Bologna RideMovi ha ristretto l'area di utilizzo delle biciclette (sia elettriche che normali) e per me il servizio è diventato inutile. Ho chiesto il rimborso della parte restante dell'abbonamento. Nessuna risposta. Impossibile parlare con l'assistenza clienti. In più recentemente era diventato quasi impossibile trovare bici in condizioni decenti.. Che peccato.

Uso spesso Mobike per spostarmi in bici a Padova evitando di usare i mezzi pubblici spesso saturi di gente. Ha sempre funzionato bene. L'assistenza è un po' lenta nel rispondere ma è accettabile comunque. In generale servizio top. Lo consiglio!
Terrible experience
Terrible experience, the app never works. I paid for a month pass once, asked to cancel and get a refund immediately because the app was completely not working, I wasn't able to rent a bike with it. I received the refund BUT they took the same amount from my bank account again next month. I downloaded the app again to see what's happening (the app is still not working properly and half of it is in Chinese even though I definitely didn't pick this language in the app), and now there is apparently a live subscription to the service with an auto-renewal (it was not there before, because well, the app wasn't working, so I didn't even see that they apparently decided I have a subscription). Not fair.

Servizio davvero molto utile ma l'esperienza con l'applicazione ed il servizio clienti è davvero disastrosa.
Eseguo una ricarica ad inizio Aprile 2020 (Monthly Pass da 9,90 euro: tutte le corse sotto i 120 minuti sono gratuite), qui a Milano in Italia.
Il primo giorno, a causa di "server sovraccarichi" risulta impossibile bloccare la bicicletta: segnalo l'accaduto sia al supporto di Mobike che a RideMovi (servizio che è subentrato in Italia alla gestione delle biciclette Mobike) e passeranno 24 ore prima che il mio account venga sbloccato.
Il secondo giorno si verifica lo stesso problema: il supporto via mail sembra rispondere più velocemente.
Dopo 4 giorni di utilizzo normale, l'applicazione mi segnala che l'ultima corsa effettuata, nonostante fosse inferiore a 6 minuti, risultava a pagamento: ovviamente me lo segnala a fine corsa, non prima. Il conto diventa negativo a -0,13 €. Il mio account viene bloccato e se avessi voluto riprendere un'altra bici avrei dovuto effettuare una ricarica di al meno 5 €: preferisco tornare a piedi a casa e segnalo subito l'accaduto al servizio clienti. Il mio account viene sbloccato dopo due ore e subito scompare il dato sul credito negativo, ma non ricevo alcuna forma di spiegazione del disservizio (io la definirei un tentativo di frode).
L'applicazione poi è fatta davvero molto male: metà contenuti sono in italiano, metà contenuti in inglese, non viene mai indicato correttamente il percorso effettuato.
Nessun supporto telefonico e via chat, solo tramite mail.
Mi meraviglia che il Comune di Milano non sia ancora intervenuto con pesanti provvedimenti contro Mobike/RideMovi ma farò in modo di segnalare ai Servizi Comunali il pessimo servizio fornito di quest'azienda.

I sent a second mail because the unsubscription is hidden on the app the customer support didn't answer.

Bunch of frauds
Was charged 10 € for parking in the area close the the river but the Mobike app said I wasn’t even in the area. They said they would refund but they haven’t.
And now in December without even using the app or being in Berlin for month I have been charged 7,90 € without explanation.

Total thiefts! they are charging me a subscription every month, I've contacted them to many times (for about five months), they always apologize and "delete" my account again... but every month the charge appears and they claim that they sorry and repeat that is not refundable. Is a curst.

1st, they should call it Slo-bike. They're terrible compared to every other bike rental option. 2nd, the app malfunctioned and overcharged me for parking in the wrong place even though I immediately moved the bike. The app kept running once even though a bike was locked and drained €20 from my account. 3rd, they pushed a subscription at me which wasn't clear then refused to refund the mistaken charge even though I contacted them immediately. In the future I will walk before I use a Mobike.

Since my life transformed from the Vogue worthy glamorous world of fast cars and slow sex to a less advantageous concoction of fast decline and slow K holes I’ve taken to the ‘MoBike’ in an attempt to get around London without rubbing shoulders with poor people on the world famous yet undeniable filthy London underground. I mean the underground is great when you’ve done too many truffles and you’re looking to travel between Heathrow and Cockfosters for 8 hours and 2 days but when you’ve got a life to lead, which I rarely do but a girl can dream, I take to the streets aboard Donald Trump’s version of the Boris Bike. Of course they are trump inspired, the two wheeled love machines are bright orange and undeniably offensive on the eye but my God are they a lot of fun.
These days I cruise from bar to bar not paying for drinks and eating lobster in the company of good looking (sometimes lesser looking) men with masculine egos bigger than the sun and twice as hot. However! The other day, while on a gin and narcotics fuelled drinking session I accidentally parked my orange “Grab em by the pussy” waggon in the middle of Hyde park forgetting it’s a restricted parking zone. I understand the concept of rules but I can’t say I’ve ever truly gotten on board with the idea, after all, life’s far more fun when naked and inhaling marijuana whilst driving at 120 on an English country road. Don’t be alarmed, I’ve only crashed 3 times doing this but lived to tell the tail twice.
Anyway, since my MoBike account had been frozen and my lover that pays for the service was in Madrid (business, strictly business, most likely not business) I decided to head to the bar in which I once let Russell Brand tickle my pickle, I say tickle my pickle in an attempt to be coy, he bent me of the table and royally stuffed me in the a hole. Ha! #SoBushGrove! Upon entry to Mayfair’s finest cock tale bar, I met a young man that went by the name of Dwayne who reminded me a lot of a former lover called Wayne only with a much larger D attached to the front of him. After a few stiff ones, drinks? Cocks? Who knows, it was a Tuesday, he invited me back to his hotel for a good old fashioned seeing too. It’s safe to say, on this particular occasion, the rules were on my side.

They rip you off. Take your money and it's an extremely restrictive service. GPS is really bad and bad functioning app. Save yourself £30 or whatever other amount of money they try to screw out of you.

Charged me for a yearly plan without my consent, after I called them to clarify things they said that they don't do refunds under any circumstances. Very bad customer service.

Risk to time and money, even if the rules are clear.... Still waiting for my 20 euros refund.
Being on a rush, I still took the time to read that there were restricted areas, but I was moving within the same area (central line around St Paul +- 1 stop) so I assumed that a bike could be taken there...
Well: 80% of London is NOT allowed... and the most busy part (Bank) is one of the exclusions... quite convenient (I mean for them, charging us)
Back to my point: I was on a rush to ride for 1.5 miles. Regardless of the warnings, not being allowed in the center of the city, having to ride the bike back and walk the way again, under penalty of 20gbp (not 2, TWENTY!)... well... is not... what I call an excellent experience nor a convenient service...
Once arrived: it was too late and was STUCK with the bike! I was too far and I needed to enter the office, so I locked the bike and check the app... no immediate issues... 3 min later I get charged... So after losing 30 min in returning the bike and walking back again, I still don't have my 20gbp back
Bottom line: the company earns faster from penalties and the service is too limited so beware!
