I have purchased many clickers for my nose that stay on for many months at a time. I have found Ask and Embla consistently delivers with quality, durability and unique alternate jewelry. I prefer their gold jewelry which look as bright as the fist day nearly a year later. My current clicker has gems that have fallen off with time, but that’s on me since I don’t swap my jewelry out often. I have opted for new clickers without gems to meet my needs better, but I highly recommend their pieces with gems for special occasions and people who are a little more delicate than I am.

I purchased the Arcane Earrings and absolutely loved them from the start, they’re beautiful, unique, and I constantly receive compliments when wearing them.
Unfortunately, one of the earrings developed an issue with a loose clasp, which was a bit disappointing. However, the support team handled everything incredibly quickly and smoothly. They responded right away, offered a convenient solution, and arranged a replacement without any hassle.

I’m genuinely impressed by the level of service — it turned a small issue into a really positive experience. I’m beyond happy with both the product and the customer care, and will definitely continue shopping with them!

Each piece is incredibly unique and high quality! I get compliments on the pieces whenever I wear them. Ask & Embla is a great brand for any alternative dressers or for people looking for a unique piece.

I’m honestly really disappointed to be leaving this review as this was my first purchase with Ask & Embla, and I had wanted one of their charm bracelets for a long time.

In November 2025, I purchased the charm bracelet along with three charms (Letter S, Lucid Crystal, and Auria Crystal), totalling $107. I was really excited to finally wear it.

However, the first time I wore it (end of December), two of the charm clasps kept opening and the charms repeatedly fell off. I contacted customer service, provided photos and videos, and to their credit they did send replacements, which initially seemed fine.

Unfortunately, after only wearing the bracelet for a third time, the crystal from the Lucid Crystal charm has now fallen out completely, leaving just the setting and clasp attached.

For the price point, I expected much better durability and quality. It’s really disappointing as I loved the design, but based on this experience I wouldn’t purchase again.

Reached out to customer service due to a broken ear post on a hoop earring, that had only been worn 8-9 times (they are quite heavy, so not for everyday use). Customer service didn’t help and only offered 15% off and a 10$ gift card. For earrings that retails at 132$, this is not OK. Don’t be disillusioned like me and believe that the price point reflects the quality.

Ik had hangers voor in mijn stretchen besteld, en ze waren mega mooi maar aan 1 kant was de kwaliteit van de sluiting zo slecht dat het uit mijn oor viel als ik bijvoorbeeld een keer omhoog sprong. Ik heb dit dan gemeld en heb een nieuw paar opgestuurd gekregen (in een andere kleur, want de eerdere kleur was voor onbepaalde tijd out of stock). Ik heb toen een waarschuwing van hen gekregen dat ik invoer zou moeten betalen op dit nieuw paar maar dat ze dit zouden terugbetalen. Ik heb zonder overdrijven vervolgens meer dan 10 mails moeten sturen voordat ik deze terugbetaling effectief gekregen heb. Achteraf bleek ook nog eens dat opnieuw 1 van de 2 oorbellen een heel slechte sluiting had, waardoor die opnieuw uitviel. Ik zit nu met 2 goede oorbellen van elk een andere kleur, en 2 compleet onfunctionele oorbellen. Ik heb niet meer gevraagd voor een terugbetaling aangezien ik al zoveel moeite heb moeten steken om de vorige keer geld terug te krijgen (en ze willen je enkel terugbetalen onder de vorm van een coupon of een ander paar oorbellen, wat weer komt met die invoerkosten). Al bij al in principe mooie spullen, maar heel slechte quality check en onbetrouwbare communicatie achteraf.
