1 Order in Multiple Shipments = Multiple Return Fees
If they ship your single order in multiple shipments (which you have no control over), be prepared to pay for a $10 label for each item you are shipping back that is not in the same shipment--no way to combine! No one on live chat. No one by phone. Not worth the headache. Returning everything in my entire order because the quality was SO bad, paper thin, sewn poorly, different armpit hole sizes, cheap print quality akin to home iron-on print. You couldn't be blamed for thinking you actually bought knockoff stuff from a scam website--nope, it's official! No wonder they don't let you leave reviews. I bought stuff from MLB Shop over the years and it was always hit and miss--especially the overpriced garbage they sell to women--but the quality was below rock bottom this time, and it was EVERYTHING. I will never buy from here again. Just absolute greed on behalf of MLB (no surprise).

These people charge premiums prices and cant get a simple order to you in less than 10 days. This is the 2nd and last time I am ordering from these clowns.

DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! I called to exchange an item that was ridiculously small for the size it stated (I ordered a 1X to be oversized and it was anything but). They sent me a return label right away, but never said over the phone that they “charge for returns.” After arguing with the live chat assistant, they issued me a refund. They tried to steal $17 from me for returning an item claiming it was to cover shipping? I wish I didn’t re-order the same item and put more money in their pocket. Do not recommend. The company should change this policy.

Do not order from MLB shop period. They are horrible and should be shut down. Tried to do a veteran discount. It didn’t show up. Added handling fees and other fees. Took my money off my credit card immediately and when I canceled its 7-10 days for the refund to get back to my credit card. Don’t order anything from them.

Super poor shipping
I have tried to purchase from this group three times. First stated in stock, once purchased the send email 4 days later would be delivered in 2 months. Second purchase attempt they never shipped. Regina and no apologise. Third attempt said would ship next day. Label generated next day, shipper did not get item for 3 days. looks like shipped slow boat to china. Most likely will be 3 weeks to get. Also tried to cancel, can not ad shipped. From now on will make. The time going to the stadium to purchase

BUYER BEWARE- good selection of items but horrible customer service and return process. Tried to exchange an item because of size. Online chat process did not work. Phone IVR said it could handle it but did not respond to prompts about return. Just kept saying it would said link in message if I said yes. When I said no, it would start over. Finally got to a human. They do not exchanges items. You have to return it and reorder. They CHARGE YOU SHIPPING on both ends. I hope I can find an alternative site that has comparable products and better customer service.

Matthew immediately addressed my issue & saw to it that it was solved right away, much to my satisfaction. My initial panic dissolved when he assured me that the missing items would be delivered, which happened in less than a weeks time.

Cristin provided me with excellent customer service. From the moment first called customer support, Cristin was attentive and loyal to my as a customer. When I called back a week later, Cristin was quick to get transferred into the call and give me an update. Cristin is unusually dedicated, fantastic, and helpful.

It's ridiculous that they don't do simple exchanges. I bought a shirt (on sale) and it was too small. So now if I want one that fits I have to return the one that I have, minus the 9 bucks and then purchase a new one at regular price. I've purchase many items over the years and never had the need to return or exchange. I will NEVER buy from them again!

Buyer beware!!! I needed to return an item that was too small . It was in pristine condition with tags still attached . They charge $9.99 to print a label with my printer & my ink. What a rip off.!! I would never recommend this company, nor would I ever shop this co again !!

Seriously? I have to pay $10 to use your return label? A label that I have to print with my own ink on my own printer? For a multi-billion dollar corporation that doesn't even let fans watch their local teams without paying for a service, that's nothing but pure, money-grubbing greed. All the while they're trying to figure out how to bring more fans to what used to be known as "America's sport" as less and less people are watching baseball every year. It's not hard to figure out MLB. Don't nickel and dime us. Just let us be fans of the game.

Matthew (Fan Advocate at sportsmemorabilia.com) was amazing! I had ordered 2 items from Fanatics. Unfortunately 1 was wrong. Once I called Fanatics and was connected to Matthew, it was smooth. He asked me questions, got the correct proof from me, and quickly sent me the correct item via 2-day mail. He was great!

I returned a gift and received an electronic gift card. I then purchased several items with the card. One of those items did not fit, requiring me to return another package, wait for a new electronic gift card, then reorder the correct size. Of course since I'm ordering less this second time around, I had to pay extra for shipping. They sent the wrong color. I called customer service and was told I would need to repeat the entire process again, return item, wait for gift card, and reorder (likely paying shipping again). If I just wanted the money back, then I would have to wait for the gift card, call some special department, and get money put back on both my husband's card and my own (since I had shelled out extra). They made a mistake and put the onus on me to fix it. Fanatics owned businesses are terrible in general, but this was an extra level of terrible
Major systematic failures
For the third year in a row, I ordered something which was either not delivered or had some bizarre issue. This time, several weeks after I placed an order, I received a notification that my return was processed. I don't know how that was possible when I never received it, and furthermore they didn't refund the full price. When I later called customer service they claimed it was still being shipped, giving me a shipping number an an estimated delivery date of ... a week ago. When I pressed them on this, they changed and said they had processed my return and no item was shipped (even with an active shipping order). I told them I never received it and never returned it. They couldn't explain other than had a record of "customer changed mind" - again, something I personally never communicated in any way at any time.
This raises serious concerns about the security and efficiency of system. Eventually they refunded the full amount
Upset Customer
I placed an order for a customized Mets clock on November 30th, and I never received any indication when placing the order that it would not be ready in time for Christmas. Today when I went in to check the status of my order its says estimated arrival 26 December. The shipping option was 3-7 days not 26 days. The customer service said it was no way to expeditite delivery. So, now I have no Christmas gift for my boyfriend. They should have let me know there was no way I would receive this gift by Christmas when I placed the order. I am very upset and will never order from the MLB store again.
