Sarah is always very attentive. I’m very happy with Mistoria and Sarah/Glory assistance.

Thank you.

Stephen and Sarah are the best team I have ever had to deal with. Extremely knowledgeable, professional, they know the market very well and, as a landlord I trust them to manage property on my behalf and also use them for future buys. Highly recommend them and Mistoria agency.

cannot thank Sarah enough for how she has made this move so easy and stress free, always kept me updated and was done so quickly would highly recommend Mistoria estate agents

Mistoria estate agents are great help always recommend to others. Dewi guided us all the the through purchase as we where first time buyers. Absolutely greatfull for the the support and guidance.

Excellent team And work, I would highly recommend Mistoria!
I had lots Of difficulties over the last few years with renting my property , as I live in Hungary, And couldn’t find a reliable team to help me. I lost lots Of money while being with another team as they left my flat empty for months, as weren’t able to find a tenant.
As soon as Sarah took over this job, everything got sorted within days, I get answer to my e-mails immediately, anything needs to be repaired , or fixed, it’s done within days, my new tenant is moving in within a month, everything is going nice And smooth now. I can only recommend them!

Solid advice and helped me decide my path after a bad experience with a tenant. Both Steve & Sarah were on the ball fast and took away the worry. I would highly recommend this Estate Agents.

Stephen, Sarah & Glory were really helpful throughout the selling process of my property. I recently had my property on with another agent for months with minimal viewings but Stephen managed to sell it within a week at a higher price. Would definitely use Mistoria Estate Agents again. Thank you!

Steve was professional and very knowledgeable about the property I went to view.
Any queries were answered in a clear and concise manner.
I was kept updated promptly in negotiations between myself and the vendor.

Stephen has been great since we first met and goes above and beyond to support

My house was sold within a week and got me a fabulous price as previous estate agent undervalued my home
So a massive thank you to mistoria many thanks

Stephen Downing from Mistoria has been fantastic to deal with . He only very recently took over my sale and from the start he has been very attentive and proactive. Stephen has kept me updated and after less than a month I now have a firm offer and he is being very attentive in getting everything done. I would highly recommend Stephen and Mistoria !

I recently sold one of my properties through Mistoria, I found the staff to be fully aware of any updates in relation to the proceedings from the early stages leading up the completion. It has been a very prompt efficient service and great experience, an absolute pleasure to deal with.

I recently sold a rental property with Mistroria Estate Agents in Bolton and would like to say a big thanks for Dewi and Sarah for going above and beyond in getting the deal over the line. They both remained incredibly patient with seemingly endless enquiries from a difficult buyer, and were able to provide valuable advice throughout the process. I also let the property with them for around 4-5 years before this and always received excellent service. I have worked with several letting agents over the years and I know what it is like to receive bad service. Mistoria is an an agent I could always rely on and I would recommend them to anyone letting in the area.

I wasn't happy to be a tenant of Mistoria until manager Sarah Boothroyd visited me together with the new landlord and I realised that some people really want to do their job properly. I was a bit angry with them due to lack of repairs in the property but Sarah was very friendly and professional and tried to sort out the issues. I wish that all managers in Mistoria could be like her. Thank you Sarah!

Really helpful and knowledgable team with specialist knowledge made the whole property purchase very straightforward. The Sales Manager in particular stayed in regular contact and oversaw the process from start to finish.

Steven Downing and his team were polite, professional, and communication was excellent. I really appreciate the service we received from Mistoria Estate Agents so far.

We received a fantastic service from Steven Downing and his team, The team were polite and professional, and communication was excellent. I really appreciate the wonderful service we received from Mistoria Estate Agents. Keep up the good work. X

My wife & I have have a number of properties across Bolton. What I like about Mistoria is that they research well and are open and honest. Dewi has been brilliant to deal with & I’d highly recommend him.

Tracey is an absolute superstar. Responsive and conscientious. Has managed both the sales and rental sides for me super well.

I have been a client of the Mistoria Group for about 6 years. During this time they have managed a number of rental properties for me. While many company's enthusiasm wanes with time, this has not been the case with Mistoria. They continue to invest in their people and systems and have proved their worth time and again.
