Great Service
The a main road to the airport was closed on the date of our return causing big traffic jams / delays. The driver turned up early to ensure that we would make it to the airport, and also manged to find an alternative route to ensure we arrived in plenty of time and didn't miss our flight. Excellent service.

Disappointing Start but Helpful On-Site Rep
I booked my transfer with Mister Transfer, but upon arrival there was no driver waiting for me in the arrivals hall. I approached the Mister Transfer representative, who did her best to locate the driver but couldn’t get a response. After about 10–15 minutes, we went to their office, which turned out to be closed.
We waited another 15–20 minutes while she tried to contact customer service through messages and WhatsApp. Eventually, I was told that alternative transport had been arranged, but no details were initially provided. As a solo female traveler, this was quite concerning. Only after I asked for clarification was I informed that the replacement transport would be an Uber.
I wasn’t asked to cover this additional cost, and I can’t fault the lady in the arrivals area — she was polite, patient, and did everything she could to resolve the situation. However, the overall experience left me with little confidence in the reliability of my return transfer. I definitely won’t use for future visits.

Late for both transfers
We booked our private transfers through this company from Fuerteventura airport to and from our rented villa on the golf course.
We had a party of 10 that included a 2 year old infant as well as 4 other children.
Our pick up was 2 hours late collecting us from the airport, I phoned afyter 30m and they said they'd check with the driver, they then said the driver had an 'incident' so they'd send someone else. 90m later our transport arrived.
On our return to the airport the transfer was 40m late. I phoned them after 10m and was again told the driver had an 'incident'. We made it to the airport in time as security was quick but I would NOT recommend this company.

All informations prior to the transfer came very well in time and had been accurat.
On 20.10.25 we had our shuttle from JFK-Airport to Manhattan.
The driver, Mr. José, had been very friendly, helpful and reliable.
I fully recommend this company.

The vans were a good size and the drivers punctual and friendly. We had ordered child seats however and both on arrival and departure there were no child seats provided

All is good
As advised on arrival gentleman waiting with my name board.
Transported to the apartment in a clean well cared for bus.
On collection I was there waiting at the stated time but no one arrived to collect.
I did phone and message. I was told a driver had turned up but had now left as I was not there.
I can assure you I was there waiting ten minutes before the requested time.
Thankfully this was quickly resolved when a taxi arrived and took us to the airport.
