Hi all
Please be aware of the following when I used this service I inadvertently signed up for a subscription! I was totally unaware of this ! So today they deducted £25 from my account ! Upon contacting the company There outcome was to retain my money despite my honest and genuine explanation of error !
They cited and hid behind terms and conditions to justify this outcome ! At the very least this is in my opinion sharp practice at its worst this company has behaved not in an honourable manner but in a manner that exhibits a lack of integrity to good consumer practices ! Accepting my unintended consequence was the correct course of action and a belief in my honesty but instead they chose the route of contempt and greed
I advise all to stay clear of this company as you will most likely be treated in a disingenuous manner if a problematic issue occurs! This was undoubtedly a significant action on thee behalf one that reflects their core values and beliefs
Buyer beware find an alternative company please

Started off brilliantly and then went downhill- transferred to hotel, zero complaints. Transfer from hotel to airport was late. I had to chase your company and when the transfer arrived, it was a coach. I’m not a car as originally booked. My mother is 84 years old and disabled, steps are not really an option but because you were late in the first place, she had no choice but to struggle up and down the coach steps. The driver had no information for me as to why the car hasn’t turned up at all and why he was late. I have put a complaint in and await a response.

The drivers were very helpful and were there on time for pick up. I had to change the return pick up venue which was dealt with without any issues, for which I am very grateful.
Thank you for your service. I would definitely use your company in the future.

Was met in arrivals by a lovely lady & taken to the lift for our transfer …lovely big bus for the four of us , smooth transfer & great communication through whats app ..highly recommend .

Driver turned up with a friendly welcoming smile gave us updates on his position and when he was picking us up.

Transfer all went as per booking. Driver was waiting in arrivals with our name displayed and arrived on time for our departure.

The staff kept in contact with you at all times for arrival and leaving. The staff were very professional and well presented. Vehicles used to a very high standard.

Return transfer was very good on time and driver pleasant and polite ON THE OTHER HAND
pick up transfer was a disaster they arrived to pick me up at 15.55 but my plane was not due to leave England until 15.55, we did advise them 4 days earlier of this but when i landed at the resort airport there was no one to collect me and upon ringing the telephone number provided i was greated by a very rude lady (and a very loud crying baby) who more or less said it was tough and no one will be coming to collect me and hung up on me,VERY RUDE!!! I then had to get a taxi from the airport which cost me €60
So i found that the service was not acceptable at all
I will give it 2 stars and thats only because the return transfer was fine

Wonderful meet and greet at the airport, quick transfer just wonderful driver very pleasant. Transfer from the apartment to the airport early pick up and another helpful driver won't hesitate to book again.

Terrible Customer Service, avoid using this company.
Booked a meet and greet at Tenerife airport. Flight arrived on time. Went to office 14 as directed. It was closed, driver not in arrival hall. WhatsApp message just directed us back to office 14. Tried to call their emergency telephone number, no response. Stayed in arrival hall for over 30 minutes and eventually paid for another taxi to transport us to our hotel. Emailed their support section attaching photographic evidence including a copy of my alternative taxi receipt and they refuse to provide a refund! In response Mistertransfer provided a photo of a sign with my name on it, the photo is timed 1 and a half hours after our flight arrived. They state that this proves the driver was waiting for us. Ridiculous!
Not a reliable or trustworthy company.
