Me and my family arrived in Tenerife 25/10/25 with a one hour delay, in which I notified the company before we departed so the communication from my side was on point. We arrived at 23.30 approx. to which I followed the instructions and went to the meeting point, where there was a sign saying my name wait here..... I did for 20 minutes I then contacted the help number to which they said they will call me back, never did for a further 15 minutes!!! At this point I got a taxi to our hotel at my cost.
So I then contacted the support to get a refund for the failed transfer, to which I'm told the driver was waiting and he had a tracker. This was B***OCKS so I called them out asking for evidence to which I'm still waiting. I have tried to be amicable and reasonable. I've sent all the evidence including screenshots of messages and even the piece of paper with my name on from the desk and still they are refusing to refund me.

This is the 1st time we have used this company, very impressed with total service, driver was waiting at airport with a sign with our name, very slick and efficient- was sent messages with updates on the return journey too. Be careful of this company when booking
While booking with this company you have to set up an account and they sign you up to a subscription which is not highlighted. If you do not cancel within 15 days you will be charged £25. I received an email on day 15 and immediately canceled this subscription but they still took £25 from my card. They are crooks.They would not refund my money and you get no answer from their emaill support. As I already stated in this review,I have emailed their customer support 3 or 4 times and recieved no reply. So their assertion that they have not recieved an email from me is rubbish just like their service.

On time & easy to use
On time, large minibus big enough for 8 of us plus suitcases. Chap who collected us from airport was lovely, chap who picked us up from Hotel wasn’t as cheerful.

Do Not Trust Them
We recently booked a transfer from Tenerife South Airport to Playa De Las Americas before we left the UK. Mister Transfer were supposed to be there with a sign with my surname on waiting for me and my family in the Arrivals hall. When we arrived nobody was there waiting for us. In the Arrival hall i asked all the drivers in there if they were for me, of which none were. We also went to a arrival hall office to help us and another driver and a girl behind a arrival hall office advised us to get another taxi and get a receipt and contact Mister Transfer. We therefore subsequently booked an Uber and contacted Mister Transfer later on. On arrival at the hotel a whappsapp message came through, to note i was not able to get internet access in the airport so could not receive the message. The message from Mister Transfer was sent to note whilst we were in the air and the message read that we had to go to a certain arrival hall office and there will be a taxi driver there waiting for us. Regardless of whether i got the message or not, i searched that Arrival hall high and low and i can tell you that nobody was waiting for us. On contacting Mister Transfer on this they classed me as a no show and therefore would not refund my fair of £49. I firmly believe however that they never had a driver waiting for me as they changed their plans at the last minute. I recommend that you avoid this company at all costs as they can leave you stranded and out of pocket and not to trust them. I had also booked a return journey but cancelled this whist on holiday as i again could not trust them to pick us up, this was refunded to note but like i say the arrival journey has not been refunded.

Really helpful service, very straightforward and a fraction of the price Jet2 wanted to charge to include a private transfer in our holiday.
Their rep was in touch as we made our way through security, with clear pictures of where to meet him. Our driver was friendly and helpful, loading all our baggage for us. Four child seats were all ready as booked (two families holidaying together).
Return trip just as straightforward with clear comms on meeting the driver.
100% would use again.

A great company
A great company. Communication was very clear and simple. Driver waiting both times despite flight delays. Lovely clean transport with requested car seats. We had our own private minibus and the kids felt like VIPs. Great start to a holiday.
