Your driver didn’t turn up, shocking service
Your driver didn’t turn up, we waited inside and outside the terminal,and the phone number could not be contacted, we asked other staff in the terminal they couldn’t help either, shocking service. We waited for an hour and had to then pay for another taxi. We would expect our money back.

Ich vergebe eigentlich 0 Sterne
Ich hätte, wenn es möglich wäre 0 Sterne vergeben.
Hatte ein Taxi gebucht für 4.30 Uhr von Palma Stadt zum Flughafen. Die Bestätigung ist gekommen am Abend zuvor und auch noch einmal morgens dass der Fahrer jetzt am ausgemachtem Ort stehen würde. Es war aber kein Taxi weit und breit. Ich habe die angegebene Telefonnummer angerufen, man sagte mir dass mit dem Fahrer Kontakt aufgenommen wird. Dann war Stille am Telefon. Kontakt mit Fahrer nicht möglich man wüsste nicht wo er ist. Auch konnte mir kein anderes Taxi geschickt werden. Mir wurde eine Uberfahrer vorgeschlagen, der aber auch nicht erreichbar war. Ergo habe ich über eine halbe Stunde mit Sperrgepäck und kleinem Koffer und als Frau nachts allein in Palma gestanden und -wie ich später festgestellt habe- und wurde von jemanden mit Argentinischer Nummer 9 Minuten lang für nichts in der Leitung gehalten, um dann letztendlich in meiner Not quer durch Palma zu laufen um den Flughafen Bus zu nehmen. 4Std später bekam ich eine WhatsApp dass die Taxis heute Nacht alle schon ausgebucht gewesen wären. Die Fahrt war schon über booking bezahlt, das war aber auch das einzige was prompt geklappt hat. Vermutlich hat das „Telefonat“ (Schweigen am Telefon) auch noch einiges gekostet.
Es war ein absoluter Albtraum.

Worst transfer service ever -left…
Worst transfer service ever -left before we got through passport control in arriceffe Lanzarote
The plane arrived 15 minutes early , we were not let off for 30 mins due to congestion at the airport. We then were in a queue for I hour to get thro passport control. Then collected luggage . In arrivals hall a lot of taxis greeted our flight with name cards . I got a what’s app message from mister transfer saying they had left as they had waited for an hour after the plane had landed. Surely they are aware of the congestion problems at the airport & should not offer to do airport transfers (& take pre payment for them ) unless they are prepared to fulfill their obligation to pick up the passengers!!
We had to join a long queue for a taxi to the hotel & obviously pay for that taxi as well! Will never use this service again & would advise anyone wanting to have a guaranteed transfer not to use them . By the way they sent me an automated message asking me to review their service - so I have !

Late arrival of driver and could not get to talk to anyone on the provided numbers for emergency
Arrived at Tenerife south airport and no sign of driver. I waited a while and then decided to ring the emergency number and driver number. No one answered both. After about a half an hour, the driver appeared and said he was there all the time. He certainly was not as the airport was very quiet. Glad he turned up but I wouldn't book with this company in the future.
