2 strangers in the taxi got a free ride
Paid for a private minibus and ended up in a shared vehicle with two strangers and their large luggage.
Customer service dismissed my complaint and hid behind “procedures” instead of taking responsibility. If you’re expecting a private transfer, don’t bother — you won’t get what you paid for.
Will not book again.

Do Not use if you need disabled…
Do Not use if you need disabled assistance at the airport, as, if there is a delay for a disabled person being disembarked from the aircraft, they Do Not wait, if it is out of their time limit, even with prior notice being given to this company, about this, disabled person & they have accepted this, which can cause distress, as did with myself recently!On my return to the airport, the driver was polite, helpful & respectful, I travel regularly, but, would Not use this company again!

Reliable even when booked 12 months in advance!
I booked return transfers from
Lanzarote airport to Costa Teguise in Jan 2025 for our trip on December 31st 2025 as the price was very good!
In sept 2025 our flight times were changed an it was really easy to amend our pick up times via WhatsApp message.
The communication is always good.
Transfer was waiting for us at the airport and back from hotel on time. Drivers were friendly and chatty.

Agreed pickup time ignored
Due to the new immigration rules we requested a later pick up time. It took us an hour to clear customs at Tenerife only to be told the driver had left. Mistertransfer completely ignored our written request and refused a refund. No assistance was offered and no explanation.

We have carefully reviewed your case. Our drivers track the flight number and wait up to one hour after the landing time, as stated on our website. Unfortunately, long queues at airport control are beyond our drivers’ control and can vary depending on airport procedures on the day.

First class service
The driver was waiting for us in arrivals no hassle having to find him. He took care of us very well and was an excellent driver.
The mini bus was spotlessly clean with loads of space
The company put you at ease 💯percent they texted me a few days before departure to fill me in on the pick up details. I would definitely recommend them to anyone they done a first class job and at a very good price. Definitely recommend this company 👏
