Le doy una estrella para poder escribir reseñas! Mala compañía no! Lo siguiente!! No solucionan ningún problema, me dicen que me recogen 3 horas antes del vuelo en el hotel hay 2 horas de tráfico y no adelantan la hora con lo cual no llegas a tiempo al aeropuerto y tienes que pagar un taxi

Excellent service, he waited at hotel even though previous driver (another company) had given us wrong collection details, very helpful on telephone. Left rucksack in car after drop off (my mistake) company very helpful in getting it returned to drop off at airport with 5 minutes to spare!! Driver apologised but not his fault completely mine. Cannot fault this service and courtesy

Very disappointed with mister transfer
Very disappointed with mister transfer, they didn't wait when we landed after all the nightmare reports of passport control delays at ACE airport that were completely out of our control. We landed 25 mins early and had to queue for over one hour at passport control.
Called them on phone number provided, they answered on the second attempt, said they wait an hour after scheduled landing time and that's it.
We have used you a few times but will not ever again now.

Disappointing
Very disappointed couldn't wait an extra 10 mins when we landed after all the nightmare reports of passport control so completely out of our control. Said they wait an hour after landing which would have been 1 0clock but you went off landing time which was 10 mins early. Still going to look at t & c and make sure what you said is correct used you a few times but not sure I would again now.....I spoke to you on the phone several times whilst we were in the queue you just said you only wait an hour I also messaged on what's app and you said the same thing so we paid for a transfer we didn't get due to queues at passport control which happens every week due to the changes and had to get a taxi DONT USE especially on a Thursday or a Sunday which are busy airport days they won't even wait 10 mins for you so don't waste your money

Not what we expected
Hired a minivan. We were met at the arrival gate but not by the driver. This “agent” took us to a taxi booth where another person took over to find us transport. After five minutes another person took us outside and then to a minivan driven by yet another person.Also, they claim “no surprises” but we were told that, if we had been 10 minutes later, we would have lost our money due to passport control taking so much time. We were taken to our destination in reasonable time, just not what we had expected.

AVOID THIS COMPANY
This company abandoned us when the ferry was delayed, didn’t answer the phone. I messages them that the ferry was delayed they didn’t respond, I phoned them, they didn’t answer. They took my money and left us in the lurch, we were late for our flight and had to pay for an alternative.

Our plane was delayed an hour and a half on take off. We were given an eta at Lanzarote, but we landed later than that. Our driver wasn’t there to greet us and was ten to fifteen minutes late himself?
Despite conversing with their office about the precise pick up point for return (exactly where we were dropped off), he called to say he was at the other side of our complex?
The driver the proceeded to break the speed limit enroute to the airport! Harassing other drivers to get out of his way! Not what was expected of a chauffeur experience!
