I'm honestly horrified that Mister Spex are still in business. After many many moths of emails and a huge amount of frustration they couldn't get my prescription correct. I even sent them copies of the prescription that Specsavers gave me, and many weeks later they would send me my glasses, and each time the prescription was wrong. I was trying to get glasses from them since Oct 2024. By teh time it got to February 2025 and I was still having to email them each week and try and figure out what was going on I'd had enough. I took teh glasses from Mister Spex to Specsavers and asked them to fit the correct lenses. Specsavers took the glasses and had them fitted with the correct lenses in 2 days. Sadly, this cost me an extra £150 on top of the huge amount of money I'd paid to Mister Spex. When I complained they were really unhelpful and even bordering rude on occasion. For something that should have been so simple it was a real nightmare with terrible customer service and became very stressful. I would not recommend anyone use Mister Spex and I'm going to be reporting them to an organisation similar to Trading Standards because they can't do what they claim to be able to do; providing people with glasses that they can actually see through.

Purchased a pair of Gucci frames in November 2024 and the screw fell out after not even a month of having the glasses. I reached out to customer services and they offered me a replacement but that would’ve taken a whole month and I unfortunately don’t have spare glasses and going a whole month without glasses isn’t going to work for me. I literally can’t see from the distance therefore I wouldn’t be able to drive etc. the screw is still loose and the arms are so fragile and loose the glasses won’t even stay on my face without them falling off my face at least 3 times a day/ what a complete waste of money. Don’t bother purchasing Gucci frames for £300 unless you want some cheap awful frames for the price

Top class service and communication. This is well-functioning company that delivers what it promises and provides value for money. I have bought from Mr Spex on six or seven occasions now and have never been disappointed. I recommend them without reservations.

Delivery takes forever. After being informed twice about delays from the manufacturer, I was finally told that my order had been shipped. A month later, nothing had arrived—turns out the order was lost. I had to reorder. First, my invoice contained an error; then I was notified of yet another delay. When the order finally reached my country (almost two months from my first order), they had failed to include my phone number, causing further delays as the courier's only option was to contact me by email. I’m finally receiving my order after the weekend—hopefully, it's what I ordered. If you depend on Mister Spex for prescription glasses or lenses, be prepared to struggle without them for months. Never again.

Habe einige Brillen bei Mister Spex in den letzten Jahren gekauft und hatte bisher nie Problem! Die Brillen waren immer in guter Qualität und der Partner Optiker in der Nähe ist auch super ! Ich kann Mister spex nur empfehlen, klar kann mal ne Lieferung länger dauern wie überall aber hier bekommt man meiner Meinung nach immer noch online die beste Qualität. Auch wenn mal ne retoure ansteht wird diese nach meiner Erfahrung schnell bearbeitet ! Ich werde auch zukünftig meine Brillen hier bestellen!

Ordered two pairs of d&g sunglasses before Christmas. When they arrived one pair was versace after numerous emails sent these back for an exchange. The replacement pair arrived but were sent with a saint Lauren case so didn't match the dg sunglasses. I'm now 2 months later 11 emails and 2 phone calls i have been told a new case has been dispatched 3 times none has yet to turn up . I've given up trying to contact them now but I'd avoid purchasing from them the future .

Ich habe extra mehr Geld für meine Brillengläser bezahlt, da sie angeblich mit Blaulichtfilter seien. Zufällig habe ich mich auf die Brille gesetzt und die Gläser gingen kaputt. Bei Fielmann wurde mir bestätigt, dass diese Gläser jedoch definitiv ohne Blaulichtfilter sind. Ich fühle mich von Misterspex betrogen und empfehle einen seriösen Optiker.
