I ordered two items for a holiday. They took my payment but I did not receive order confirmation. The items turned up after my holiday and were no
Longer needed. The parcel had no order details in. I have emailed 3 times to ask how I return the items and what the order reference is. I had one response saying they are trying to locate my details and nothing since. So I am stuck with two items I don’t want as it is past the return window. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

TERRIBLE company. They have not delivered the paid for order item, do not have a customer service telephone number and do not reply to emails. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM. They are a SCAM.

I would rate 0 stars if I could. I had a shirt that was sewn incorrectly and I couldn't put my arm through the hole. I just wanted them to cover my return shipping cost and receive a replacement but they would not, even after sending videos and photos of the faulty shirt. They said I had to cover my own return shipping. Will never order again.

Missguided has completely gone down hill and i won’t be ordering again from them. I’m not sure if they’ve been taken over by a different company, but the brand has completely changed.

Actual product wasn’t the worst quality but didn’t reflect the price. You have to arrange your own return and pay for the label to be able to do this. It look ages to arrive and cost a lot for shipping so i’m assuming this came from china.

When I contacted customer service, i received a reply to say that they’re sorry and appreciate my understanding?? No solution was given or explanation.

It must have been a long time since I last ordered from Missguided as I don't remember them basically being Shein! Same packaging. My parcel arrived wet/damp and smells the same. I emailed them same day and asked for a return label and they said they don't pay for return postage or reimburse if I pay for the postage. Under UK Consumer Rights Act, they should. We are now 18 back and forth emails in and a PayPal dispute on the go.

I have sent more than 4 email to customer service inquiring a return label but they haven’t yet responded back. I can say that they return process is really bad and poor communication.

Cheap material. The returns process was very difficult and I am still awaiting a refund

Terrible experience...would never buy from again...cheap tat which took weeks to come. Quality was poor and the return process is ridiculous and not easy to navigate. I have had to pay £7.00 to return the clothes through evri. They sell their tat on Shein so I would buy from there if you want any hope of a refund and their returns are free!!

Customer service is non existent!
Ordered 6th Oct, no confirmation email, my account shows no orders but they’ve taken the money. Can’t go through their online portal as I don’t have an order number. Emailed, messaged on social media- zero response and still no parcel!
Awful company avoid at all costs

Most awful company, clothes take weeks to arrive are poor quality and then you simply cannot return them. Instructions for return do not work at all and they know this in the hope you give up. Tried emailing. messaging nothing. I'll pull my money back through my credit card as this is a fraudulent company and shoud be avoided at all costs

Absolutely shocking. The item was disgusting. The zip looked like it was wasting away, seams coming apart. Even the packaging was sellotaped up as the original package was broken. It's a complete sham. Don't order from here.

Very disappointed with my recent experience with Missguided.
The quality of the clothing was poor and several items looked nothing like they did in the advertisement. I ended up keeping just one item.
The returns process is also extremely poor. You have to pay to return items and are restricted to only two specific carriers. My return cost me £8.
To make matters worse, Missguided then claimed they could not locate my return and refused to issue my refund because I had misplaced the postage receipt. My refund was delayed for an entire month. As soon as I located the receipt and provided it, they suddenly managed to find the return.
I would normally put this down to an oversight, but having read other reviews describing very similar experiences, it is difficult not to question whether this is a recurring issue.
I used to be a frequent Missguided shopper, but the quality of both the clothing and customer service has gone downhill significantly. The change in ownership certainly seems to have had an impact.
Very disappointing from a brand I used to shop with regularly.

Don't buy from this company, I purchased items 19th August 2026 looked nothing like online photos. I returned the next day after numerous emails,couldn't find return address. Have proof of return receipt from Royal Mail,sent another email got email stating they had paid refund & to wait 5 to 10 days checked my bank account it not there still waiting. Why are they getting away with this ?

Dearest….. don’t bother, items took weeks to arrive, awful quality, sent back but return portal was down, told me to post at my own expense/ I did - £8 …. Then blanked me, filed claim with PayPal but because i didn’t dispute file before claim they won’t help £197 down and the company WILL NOT respond,

I ordered a dress from misguided, it said 2 weeks delivery, it took 12 weeks it was awful, I had to get my friend to change it all, they shouldn't promise good delivery times, I also didn't learn and ordered from them again, a co-ord set but only just he top arrived and trying to speak or email them was no hope!! Don't order from misguided.

Around 3 weeks for clothes to actually be delivered and VERY poor quality

Awful company. I returned two outfits. It was so difficult to find out where to send the items for return. This is 3 months ago and I haven’t received a refund and I can’t get any response.

Do not order from MISSGUIDED. Years ago I used this company and they were quite good, but they must have been bought over by some cheap Chinese manufacturer. The quality is not good and it’s been two months since I have returned my item and still no refund!

Would give zero stars. This company steels your money. I returned items 2 months ago and still trying to get my money back. THIEVES.
