As per my previous 2 reviews, the plot now thickens again! So, after 4 weeks of back and forth full of excuses with these incompetent people,to my amazement my order was finally delivered, however, out of the 3 I ordered the chain was completely the wrong size/lengh. I ordered a 24 inch and received a 20 inch. I then received an email from them again saying you have received your items now can you take down the negative review! After asking about how it had gone so wrong they said that they didn’t have stock of the item I originally ordered which clearly shows the last four weeks of excuses have been complete lies! They even said we didn’t have it so just sent this one instead, obviously hoping for the best, absolutely shocking, take your money fast then just lie and make excuses, I’ve asked for a refund but have heard nothing after that so we will see what happens next, honestly please dont bother with this lot, shocking company all round more bothered about me taking down the reviews than resolving anything, if you were an good company and knew how to run it these reviews wouldn’t be here. here’s another one for you :)

So not only have I waited nearly two months for my order, it has finally arrived and not only is it missing 2 other pieces that I ordered, but the bracelet that has come would not even fit a child, this service and company is an absolute disgrace, please do not ever buy from them and if you have please try and get your money back, they need to be reported and taken down!!!!!!

Two failed deliveries, and made out it was my fault. Finally got products and it was fake. Nothing about it is real. Do not trust!

Je n’ai pas reçu mon colis et je n’arrive pas à le suivre avec le site en mettant mon numéro de commande. C’est une arnaque n’achetez pas.

Ordered 3 chains back in July, one of the the clasp was broken so it wouldn't actually stay closed.

Emailed the email address on the website and received a reply asking for pictures of the broken chain... fast forward 2 months and I've still not received a replacement or a refund!!!

I had to email a second time to try and resolve this and received a reply stating "The returns process is still being set up. It is taking a long time as they are setting up a portal for this which takes time to be integrated. We're hoping to get it up and running in the following weeks."

Still heard nothing over a month later.

Ordered three chains and a bracelet. One of the chains was missing from the original order. They sent this out to me once I’d let them know, cool. But after 1 wear, all the chains and the bracelet started wearing off in colour, the bracelet had turned my wrist green, and one of the chains literally had a link break from around my neck? Nonsense jewellery. Deffo worth paying more from elsewhere

Cela fait 2 mois que j'attends mon colis, je ne l'ai toujours au moment où je vous écris.
J'ai signalé que je n'avais pas reçu mon colis deux semaines après l'avoir commandé, à chaque échange le service client répondait qu'il fallait attendre 10 jours supplémentaires pour leur "investigation".
Là j'insiste à être remboursé, sans succès. Mon argent est juste gaspillé. Je n'ai ni le colis ni le remboursement. C'est la première fois que ça m'arrive, alors que je reçois des colis de monde entier.

I tried to return my items which took 4 weeks to get a response as their warehouse was “out of action”. I was then told I’d be refunded within 10 days. But 10 days passed and no refund. I would avoid this cowboy company like the plague and spend your money elsewhere, somewhere that understands customer service!

I would give no stars if i could.
The product turned up too late for what i wanted so I asked to return and get a refund however for months now I have been trying to get my money back, they keep saying they are moving factory’s, they then said it had been authorised but I have still not had my money back. Worst company, have reported to trading standard.

AVOID
I got an ad for the 3 for 20€ offer on Instagram and I thought it was too good to be true, but I still ordered my three chains.
The checkout said that it would take around 2 weeks for me to receive my package. This was back in June. I still haven't received my package and every email I send to their customer support gets ignored or replied to with the same crap "I'm sorry sir but ther is nothing we can do." Please if you are considering buying from this company DON'T. Don't give more money to these scammers.

Probably all the 5 star reviews are bought or the owner's accounts.

Ordered from them. Although their website states '30 days easy returns' I've been in constant weekly contact having to chase them to supply a return address for around 4 months. They state they have no returns process setup and keep stating its being implemented, avoid and keep your money.

Update: The standard response they use is please contact us, but offer no real answers, it's all for show. There is still no returns process in place and likely just a delay tactic in hopes people are deterred from constantly following up.

Very reliable and good quality I am really happy with my order which I got after 6 days( I ordered from germany ). I gave one star less because I believe there is a better way to make the bundels better so they make actual sense in some cases

Looking like this could be a big scam...be careful. They have took money out of my account and haven't even delivered the parcels yet. One of my orders doesn't even have a registered tracking number with the delivery company. All of the reviews on top of my experience at the moment all point forward to a scam or an extremely poor company. Best to avoid👍

EDIT: THE ONE PARCEL ACTUALLY ARRIVED. NOT A SCAM. QUALITY IS OKAY TOO👍🏻👍🏻

Ordered my chain back in June I was told it would take a few weeks to arrive. It’s August and there’s no sign of it

Ordered weeks ago, not received, all emails ignored, wasn’t until I posted underneath their post on fb that they messaged me… told me they would send a new order, then they said they were still investigating the old one… which was being shipped by Amazon? 🫠 that doesn’t even make sense. Then they said I’ll get an email when they resend the order… constantly fobbed off. Back to being ignored… every single review on Facebook is bad and full of people being scammed 👍🏼

ALSO RESPONDING WITH A GENERIC REPLY JUST PROVES MY POINT AND ITS THE SAME ON FACEBOOK

ONCE AGAIN RESPONDING TO MY BAD REVIEW BUT WONT RESPOND TO MY EMAILS OR FB MESSAGES.

WHY DON’T YOU GO INTO YOUR OWN COMPANY INBOX AND REPLY TO ME YOURSELF MICHAEL YOU FRAUD

Product quality for price is unbeatable!

I also have to give a shout out to their customer services. I had a bunch of issues with my order getting lost my the carrier - this is always a nightmare and more so with a brand you're not familiar with, so I assumed the worst. Customer Services were so responsive and helpful in tracking down the order, verifying with the carrier and, eventually, sending out a replacement product with a new carrier.
