My mirror was packaged very well and the delivery was well organized and convenient. It took a little time but it wasn’t difficult to unpack. The size is exactly as ordered, frame quality and corners are top notch. Hanging on the Z Bars was quick and easy despite the mirror’s massive size. Would definitely recommend!

We are completely in love with our new table! It was made exactly to our specs and fits perfectly in our small kitchen - we couldn’t have possibly bought this kind of quality and perfect fit from Target or something. The corners have been nicely rounded, the legs are tucked under the top just right, both the top and legs are beautiful thick solid wood. I have also researched the harder variety of wood to hopefully keep it scratch free for a bit longer, so appreciate the choice there! Delivery had some hiccup though - Fedex insisted that they cannot share security code for the gate with the driver, so i kept getting missed delivery… I had to keep the gates open for them once.

The total experience was amazing. I received the samples I requested with a few additional samples. The ordering process was easy and efficient. The mirrors that I ordered were packaged extremely well. Most importantly, the mirrors were exactly what I needed for my newly remodel bathroom

First time customer, very pleased with our mirror. The order was processed fast and we received our mirror faster than our expected. The delivery team was very good, unpacked and let us inspected it before signed off. The mirror itself is a high quality mirror. We still haven't had a chance to hang it at this time due to the size. They are quick to answer email question requests, usually by next business day. We feel comfortable order again if we need a custom mirror in the future.

Communication through the process was very good; albeit via email vs phone, as it is difficult to get a live person on the phone. We received calls from time to time but had troubling getting a live person when we called. We were very happy you could custom the table to our needs. The product was well packaged on arrival. The final product is beautiful! We had a good experience from start to finish.
