2nd time we have used Mirror Lot, and both times we were happy.

Beautiful mirror at a custom size that I wanted. Arrived package well. Very easy to install. Support was great too at answering questions I had.

I was very apprehensive about ordering a focal piece for our bathroom update from an online company. I read the reviews. I asked several questions and was pleased to receive prompt email responses each time. I ordered a sample of the mirror frame to ensure I liked it. The price was competitive. So I took a deep breath and placed my order! The mirror arrived in a timely manner, was well-packaged and damage-free, and is gorgeous in our bathroom. I'm a happy customer!

I ordered two different sized gold mirrors for our new custom build. The mirrors are beautiful! Very well made and shipped nicely! Company was attentive and answered quickly with any questions I had. I bought 2 mirrors for above a double-sink bathroom vanity. The mirrors are beautiful and very well made. Custom-made was the only way I could find the size I needed. Although packaged incredibly well, one arrived with broken glass. MirrorLot replaced it immediately. Great product and excellent customer service.

We appreciated that we were able to order a sample that cost, but a couple of dollars prior to ordering a mirror. We received that sample within a week of ordering it. We ordered a mirror for the powder room of our new home. It is a beautiful mirror and I’m sure we’ll enjoy it for many years to come. The product was very securely packed to ensure that it made the journey from Texas to New Jersey without any damage.
The company provided good estimate estimates of the approximate ship date and send follow up messages upon shipment. We would recommend doing business with this company.

We ordered a custom dining room table. It 2as very difficult to find the exact length and width we wanted online. It turned out perfect. It is the exact size for our small room. We even had it made into an oval to give more room. We customized the legs too. I like that they sent us a template. I made a few adjustments. They resubmitted the template. It was delivered by friegh5 by appointment. It was packed very well. I was impressed with the packaging. The directions were very easy too.

We had an issue with our shipment and the company quickly and completely resolved it. We're very happy with the customer service.
