The mirror was advertised as charged. It was shipped extremely well to ensure it wasn't damaged. They provided ample instructions and materials to easily hang the mirror.

We purchased what was advertised as a custom framed mirror from MirrorLot for over $1,200 (69” x 41”), and the quality was extremely disappointing.
The mirror itself is very thin and lightweight, and the frame feels cheap and mass‑produced, not custom at all. There is nothing about the construction, materials, or finish that reflects a premium or made‑to‑order product. This mirror looks and feels comparable to mirrors sold at big‑box stores for $150–$200, not a high‑end custom piece.
Given the price and the way this product is marketed, we expected substantial materials and quality craftsmanship. Instead, we received something that feels flimsy and vastly overpriced. Unfortunately, the product does not live up to MirrorLot’s “custom” positioning, and we would not recommend this purchase.

The mirror was cracked, and we did not discover this until our contractor unpacked it. When I went to the website to see details about the refund, I discovered that the damage must be reported within 2 days of delivery. So I'm out $400.

You folks did a great job from the frame samples through delivery. The mirrors were expertly packed and arrived in NC from Tx without a scratch. Truly exceptional service. Don’t change a thing. You have a winner here.

Apparently our first mirror got lost during the delivery process, stuck in 'label created' status for a week before I contacted MirrorLot to find out when we'd receive it. They determined it was lost and expedited a replacement, shipping it the following day. We love it!

I love that you were able to cut to size the lumber I wanted and then clear coat it, saving me valuable time. Plus I have 4 dogs so I can't easily clear coat anything. I really appreciated the easiness of ordering.

I really liked that you can order samples for the frame before making the big purchase. Once we decided on the frame style, the mirror got made fairly quickly and was shipped in this amazing box that guaranteed the safety of the product.
