Ordered a slide scanner after viewing a commercial on Facebook. The money was taken but the scanner never arrived (more than 1 month now). My account is said "unknown". I've just an order number but useless. A lot of testimonials on Facebook to say same things.
Prosecutions are now ongoing via my bank and Mastercard. Stop being scammed by this robber !

Same experience as so many, wish I had seen the reviews.... Knee braces (£15.99 on Amazon, clearly only worth a couple quid to make), received instead of the slide scanner and I have been offered 30% refund from the packer who made the mistake! They have now offered 60%, but I am not holding my breath as it is clearly a scam.

Ordered a photo scanner that was advertised on Facebook.
All I received was some type of compression sock instead of the scanner.
Stay away from this fraudulent site.
Don't expect a reply if you ordered the scanner and never received it.

Like other reviewers ordered the Film and Slide Scanner (should have described it as Scammer). Tried contacting via various means - no response. The London address is a flat!! Have contacted my bank for refund under Section 75

Absolute disgrace ordered my son the football nets on the 15th November every time I track my order its saying the tracking number can't be found

Ordered film scanner - not received. It seems the scarf or knee support are the common items delivered instead. In my case it was the knee support. I contacted their customer support and after a few emails, I was informed that it was a mistake by a packer, who had offered to give me a 30% refund out of his own money. What a complete load of B******t.

ordered a slide scanner on December 5, 2022 and tried to contact customer service about an incorrect address in my confirmation. They told me it was corrected and the confirmation of shipment was 24 December. To an incorrect address in Florida. I traced it through the post office and found out that this was a scam. I notified my bank and they will be immediately charged, but they charge me.
I will be in London soon will personally attend to this myself by visiting their storefront.

. Never recieved it, sent an Email and recieved a confirmed as order # WH30-221120235232586 and replay was that it would be delivered from their warehouse between12/15 and 12/18, nothing since.

Similar to a few others, I also ordered a slide converter from Mirabes but received a strange package containing knee /leggins protectors within a week of my order. The package had no useful identification markings and no delivery note enclosed and can only assume it came from Mirabes. Mirabes confirmed my order on 3rd December 2022, it is now 26th December 2022. Finally, my email to them has remained unanswered.

Scam site, ordered Slide & Film Scanner and received scarf with no delivery note or invoice. Know it was from Mirabes as delivery label had order number matching original order, that was the only evidence.
Emails to address for customer services is not responded to, the sites telephone number is fake.
Mirabes is a criminal site which needs taking down and the owners prosecuted as such.

We have not received our Film and Slide device but did receive a pair of knee supports with no information on where they came from. I did receive an email from the company quoting a tracking number which was in Chinese. I suspect they cover themselves by saying that the package was sent - but is clearly a scam. My bank advises me that I can raise a dispute if the item are not received within 30 days

I had ordered the slide converter...instead i was sent a pair of knee supports ..as there was no paperwork we did not know where they were from.
Repeated emails confirm a parcel was sent but they have not acknowledged that they sent wrong item. I would appreciate either the correct item or a reimbursement of my money.
It was a Christmas gift for my husband.

I ordered a film and slide scanner for my husband for Christmas and paid in US dollars. I didn’t open the package I received, as I was waiting until Christmas to wrap it. Surprise! There wasn’t a scanner inside but a man’s scarf. I have written to the company so I’ll see what happens. However, I have read the reviews below and wish we had read them prior to ordering. Will contact VISA to see what they can do to stop these scammers.

This is a total scam, do not use this service. They didn't deliver my goods, didn't answer emails, just took my money. DO NOT USE.

Saw ad in Facebook, ordered from their website. I am based in Ireland. I ordered the slide scanner early November 2022. No sign of it yet. They do not answer my e-mails. Blocked me from their facebook comments! My money taken... gone I guess...
