I ordered an 8MM conversion device in Nov of 2022. Not knowing until now after reading the other reviews here, that the errant package I received in January of 2023 contained some silly leggings never thought twice that a company I was communicating with in February, March, and April and I finally gave up in May, that Mirabes was telling me they delivered the package, and they provided the proof that I went chasing around at the post office, neighbors, etc., with Mirabes well knowing it did not contain what I purchased but a pair of leggings worth 2 dollars vs. the 8mm movie conversion kit that I paid over $70.00. I am not only angry about the lost money but the embarrassment of having been scammed. Nice work Mirabes. I would not ever think of treating people like that

Urgh! Just avoid. They have changed their website to teresey.com. utter scam and so aggravating to deal with. Please avoid!!!

I have experienced the same as the others, ordered the film scanner in Dec 2022, received leg warmers and an ongoing dialog of apologies and promises of refunds.

No doubt time wasting aimed at hoping I'll lose interest.

There is no doubt LC net never intended supplying the ordered product. Given the number of complaints, with identical experiences.

I am going to Facebook. This is an unscrupulous seller using Facebook to scam, dupe and steal.

Well.. I am shocked! March 3, 2023 I received AU$68.79 refund into my bank account.

It's about a 60% refund but I guess its better than nought.

I would not advise anyone to buy off either company

We ordered tree in Oct and keep getting letters lying to us about why it has not been delivered to us. Keep saying it will be sent in 7 days. Pd over $110 never received it. Stay àway from these ppl

boycott Facebook and others who allow these scam artists advertise on their sites hard on honest retailers but when their revenue dries up maybe they will start paying attention

Just read other reviews - same thing happened to me - ordered a slide converter and got a fur hat. First time I've been scammed....

Definitely a scam and can’t get in contact with anyone. I ordered a soccer goal and got a portable heater. I wouldn’t advise anyone to order anything from them. The whole website should be shut down!!! They don’t even deserve one star.I am sending it to the Better Business Bureau, I don’t like being scammed.

I ordered a slide converter in Dec 2022 and received no notification emails nothing and then the other day I received this stupid hat in the mail and wondered where in the hell it came from and now reading these reviews , it obviously came from these unscrupulous people in China. This is so upsetting. One star review because there are no minus stars.

We received a ladies hat from an address in Shenzhen , China. None of us could figure out why it was sent to our address although it had my name and number !!
I just went through the bank statements because i never received this scanner. I just googled the name and realized I was scammed out of $45.58

It's ALL a scam. The website, the customer service emails (until they stop block you). I order some soccer goals and they sent me some leggings. Like the rest of you, by the sounds of you! What I find amazing is I ordered it through a Facebook Advertisement. Plus the website the effort this Chinese company have gone to rip you off.

Looks like I fell for it like everyone else. Ordered film scanner on 12/12/22. Just received leg wraps. Useless. Can't get onto them. How do I get my money back. Shame on them. Hope they all get their karma.

a pair of leggings. Have emailed mirabes several. One reply stated packer packaged wrong order and his sad state of affairs would refund 30% out of his wages etc,
12/29/22 Received email stating sorry for the inconvenience and would check warehouse for correct item,
Emailed again and have never received a reply as of 1/17/2023

Would give a zero if I could. AVOID AT ALL COSTS, SAVE YOUR MONEY. Company took forever to send a digital slide/film scanner, ended up receiving a set of neon green leg warmers. Poor email return and nothing after I told them I want my money back. Had to go to credit card company to reverse payment.

I ordered the football nets for my son on 30th November, heard nothing since. No response to emails and tracking says can't be found!

I ordered the film scanner in Nov. Then received a shawl which the sender intended to fraudulently substitute. The vendor obviously comes out ahead by substituting an item of lesser value. Thereby dodging a "theft" charge by claiming "sent by error". I'm contacting credit company.
Stay away from Mirabes but also be wary of the many vendors who have suddenly appeared selling the exact same product on Facebook with the same animated postings as Mirabes.

Just a repeat of most everyone else's experience, ordered film scanner on Dec. 3, credit card was charged on Dec. 4 and never heard another word. Sent several e-mails with no response and informed them this was turned over to the crdit card company to cancel. I also received some leg braces without a return address or information on use so they will be tossed. Toral sca, don't waste time or money and hopefully they will be taken down and prosecuted.

I received the crappy leggings like other people, clearly so they have a tracking number and can claim delivery. Remember to save the packaging that they sent you and dispute with credit card company to get your money back.

I still can’t figure out how to do a proper complaint to Facebook but shame on them. Do they really need money so bad they are willing to get into bed with grifters??

Scammed also. Gutted that I was stupid enough to believe. Buyer beware. Ordered the slide viewer on the 8th of Dec 2022, money taken, and heard nothing since. Grrr

AVOID this company Mirabeles like it is the plague! They are completely fraudulent. I ordered a film scanner & got a useless hat thing. Emails go unanswered.
