This Envoy -pro electric bike is incredibly comfortable, smooth, and effortless to pedal even without assistance. It rides excellently on both pavement and sand trails, and the gears shift seamlessly. I've found that taking off in second gear is perfect for me. Despite my small stature at 5'4, the seat at its lowest position is just right for me. The color is finee, and assembly went smoothly even though I've never assembled a bike before. The suspension is tight, but I need assistance in adjusting it. Otherwise, the bike is perfect in every other way. After riding for over 30 minutes and testing out all the features, the battery light hasn't even hinted at any loss of power yet.

It only took an hour to charge upon arrival, and the handlebars and grips are exceptionally comfortable. The fit between the seat, pedals, and handlebars is spot-on for my 130-pound body. The bright headlight is also a plus, making it much easier to be seen in the dark. Overall, I absolutely adore this bike and could hardly sleep after the first ride due to the excitement of riding it again.

My wife and I recently purchased a pair of Envoy pro electric bikes and we have been thoroughly enjoying them. Due to an accident on my motorcycle, I haven't been able to ride bikes in years, but these electric bikes have given me the opportunity to cruise around our town once again. Initially, I thought I would solely rely on the electric mode, but I have found pedaling to be an enjoyable and rewarding aspect of riding the bike. It is similar to using an exercise bike on low resistance - if you get tired, you can simply use the throttle. As someone who has ridden motorcycles for 30 years, I find riding an ebike to be even more entertaining as I have the freedom to ride in places such as sidewalks, parks, and grassy areas. We also bring our bikes with us when we go camping, allowing us to easily ride into town to get supplies or explore. Although some may argue that using an ebike takes away from the exercise element, I argue that without it, I would not ride 15-20 miles a day. Overall, I highly recommend the Envoy pro ebike for its versatility and fun factor.
