The communication and delivery updates were timely and informative and the delivery team were polite, quick and efficient. Good communication from Mint and a quality item

We bought a 6 seat Stockholm outdoor set with table. Ordering was easy and, with a hefty promotional discount attached, the price was very very good. Delivery was well communicated with a call about 1 hour before arrival. The boxes were put where requested in the garage ready for construction. The build was straightforward enough - just remember to do as they suggest and only tighten the bolts to 50% initially until you match all the holes as they need a wiggle occasionally to hit. The result looks very nice, fits perfectly in the space we have (qudos to the measurers - us 😁) and has been admired by neighbours already. Only issue we had for the loss of 1 mark was the promised delivery time wasn't adhered to and I had to chase 4 times using the AI chatbot to get a date. Also sent 3 emails. Never had any replies bar the last one to say it was on its way.
Nice cheap outdoor furniture that looks better than the cost but Mint need better customer service for any issues/questions after ordering.
*Update* We had an issue with one of the seat pieces snapping and to be fair to Mint they sent a replacement within 2 weeks of requesting. Really impressive after sales. All done online too.

Despite the unprecedented delay, when we challenged and explained our predicament, they went over and above to speed up delivery and ensure it arrived on time for our event

So happy with my furniture from MINT OUTDOORS ordered in March recieved May 28th just in time for a few days of sun the company cares alot about their customers they kept me updated from ordering to it arriving,the delivery date and estimated time of arrival is sent by text which I had to agree to if it was suitable for me.When the day came for my delivery the logistics team rang when closer to my home to say they would be with me within the hour they were brilliant friendly and took care when taking my furniture off the van and placing it in my chosen spot.We were not disappointed when we opened our order of the Palma 9 seater it was good quality and sturdy once put together cushions are really thick and it is so comfortable, we bought the cover which was really good quality and has kept the furniture dry in this horrible rainy weather.The instructions helped us put the furniture together took 2 of us with the seating as some big pieces but my husband managed the stools and table himself apart from lifting the glass table top.I really recommend this furniture and company the service is second to none.

I received my order. It was slightly delayed due to shipping problems, but I received updates regularly without having to ask for them. The quality of the garden furniture is great and it was very simple to put together.

Thank you very much for my full 9 pieces outside set, with cushion box and parasol. I wasn’t sure what I expected when I placed the order but hoped it would be great quality, the wait was a bit longer than expected due to worldly disorder! However when it arrived, that carrier was in contact and great with my request of where to leave the delivery. When we unboxed and built the order it did not take long, easy and simple. Really pleased with the ease of purchase, speed of delivery and quality of the furniture! It took us 1.5hrs to build the whole set as novice DIYers, and all tools were included. Would recommend!

Delivered on the day specified. Good communication through out the purchase, giving updates to order and delivery. Furniture is lovely, though a bit time consuming to put together and a some minor adjustments needed but once made is very comfortable fits perfectly in the space we have. Very pleased with the price we paid in the sale. Cusions are a good thickness as advertised and it looks true to the pictures seen online.
