Mint Outdoor Arvostelua 

Received my Stockholm Rattan Grey 4 Seater Garden Chaise Lounge Set and Cover recently and I’m delighted with this garden furniture. It’s very comfortable to sit on, even for long periods, and the cushions are lovely and supportive. The quality is much better than I expected for the price, with a sturdy, well-made frame that feels built to last. It looks fantastic in the garden and has already had lots of compliments from family and friends. Excellent value for money and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Ordered a sofa dining set, great quality item I just wish the delivery and customer service was better. I pre-ordered this set in April, with an estimated delivery date of 15th May. Very misleading as they said this is when their delivery partner receive it, then it’s upto 10 working days after this for the item to be delivered to your home. In my case it was even longer as they use a very small delivery service based down south and I’m up north, they clearly can’t manage the demand over the summer months and I was told 3 different dates I would receive it by. Received it 4th June.

Great product good quality just what we wanted. Assembly a slight challenge fixing holes did not quite align up which made it tricky. Communication with delivery people lead to cross wires but on the day of the delivery the guys were on time very pleasant and we enjoyed a mug of coffee together. They had been up since 4.00 am.

Installation went well all tools were there we has a power screwdriver which was a bonus all done in less than 2 hours

The delivery driver was very belligerent, surly and did not want to put the boxes in our garden fortunately his assistant was extremely helpful , it was a warm day I offered cold drinks but the driver went off at high speed after throwing the covers through the gate

Ordered an outdoor set almost 3 months ago, with a delivery window of between 12th-22nd may, it’s now the 17th of June and still nothing has arrived. The customer service department are appalling and painfully slow at returning any emails/updates on what is happening. It’s you contacting them, rather than the other way round. Have I just wasted £700? I definitely wouldn’t order from them, instead go for a more reputable company.

Edit: Also, I agree with another contributor who gave Mint a terrible review. After reading some of the 5 star reviews they have received, some of them seem unusual to me also.

Ordered a garden furniture set from Mint having seen one of their adverts, Very easy to place order with them. Only difficulties I had was communication with them after placing the order. In fairness once my emails had been answered they were very efficient. My order was actually delivered on an earlier date than expected which was good. The delivery guys were very good and helpful as well. The furniture was not the easiest to assemble but once done , very pleased with the purchase.
I would buy from this company again in the future as price and quality good.

Order came as described and also a few days earlier than the suggested delivery time. Drivers carried the product straight to the garden which was very ideal. Good service and product!

Find it strange that Mint have received 35 4 or 5 star reviews (around 13% of there reviews ever!) in the last 4 days, particularly after a run of negative reviews. I can only say that my experience has been very poor. Like many others they’ve pushed delivery dates back with no communication. Was told in May after complaining via email that my furniture would arrive next week, I have zero hope and am very close to cancelling all together. If there’s a legitimate reason (strait of Hormous seems to have been pulled out a few times) why not email people with a warning and realistic timings rather than leave everyone in the dark. Very poor but happy to rectify my review if I actually get my furniture next week!

UPDATE: I did receive my furniture last week. It’s great quality and I’m very happy with it so I’ve changed my rating. However, my comments on communication still stand and the delivery company dumped the boxes at my door without ringing the door bell so if I were Mint I’d have a word.

Love the furniture. It is sturdy , comfy and looks lovely.
Delivery was great, the lads were polite and happy to carry the boxes out the back garden for me.
Overall happy with the price and quality. Next time I may be tempted add the charge for assembly to make it completely smooth.

The Stockholm Rattan Grey 4 Seater Garden Chaise Lounge Set is a lovely patio set and excellent value for money. It was a little tricky to put together and took some time, but once assembled it looks fantastic and feels sturdy and comfortable.

The included cover is a great bonus and helps keep everything protected. We're really pleased with the quality for the price. Now we're just waiting for the English summer to arrive so we can make full use of it!

I was worried due to the delay in the Strait. But only delayed couple of weeks - pleased with garden sofa and table. Delivery fine and communication with delay etc was really good. Like that you pay deposit then balance. Would use again.

I would highly recommend the Palma Grey Lounge Set for its comfort, appearance and quality. The set arrived well-packaged, within the expected timeframe, with clear communication throughout. The seating is excellent, with thick supportive cushions, overall great value for money, I’m delighted.

Our outdoor furniture was delivered quickly, it was easy to assemble, and very comfortable. It is good quality and I would thoroughly recommend Mint for outdoor furniture.

Excellent service from MINT Outdoor, easy ordering process and even though delivery said 5-10 days, I got a call to say that they had cancellation and delivery window just opened and had it delivered 2 days after ordering. We arranged alternative delivery since I was working all day and they delivered safely with no damage. Product itself looks great and is super comfy with thicker pillows. Putting it together was not an issue since the instructions provided were clear. All in all, well done Mint Outdoor.
