We are super happy with our garden furniture from Mint Outdoor. It was also great value for money and as a result I did have some concerns about the product's quality, but I shouldn't have worried: the furniture is well built and looks brilliant. While there was a long lead time between order and delivery, this was made clear from the outset and communications with Mint were great throughout, especially when it came to delivery.

Lovely furniture that was good value for money. Arrived well packed and on time and was easy to put together. Would definitely recommend.

Good delivery I was messaged prior to delivery with date and estimated time of arrival. I was also informed on the day of delivery and contacted by the driver 30 minutes before arriving.
furniture is beautiful. I manged to put it together myself but took a few hours instructions were not clear but I manged to work it out myself with some good tips from the driver. Lovely quality cushions. very comfortable. very pleased.

Shocking customer service, ordered on 27th April and still no sign of delivery or even any email response regarding this as of today 9th June regarding delivery after paying in full. No idea what's going on or if this is really a real company.

Purchased the Marbella lounge set from mint outdoor furniture. Furniture came within three weeks, but when assembled the package for the cover set was missing the cover for the chair. I tried to contact customer services via the AI chat with no response, phoned customer services with no answer. Have emailed customer services with photos attached of the issue to request them to send me a cover for the chair but again still no response. Customer Service is shocking / nonexistent.

It seems they only want to respond after you have placed an order with them to acknowledge your order and that’s it.

If you have purchased a garden set from mint outdoor furniture with no issues, very well done, if you do have any issues with the furniture or covers good luck in trying to get it resolved as this company works in the shadows.

Placed order, initial delivery date was missed but tracking still stated it was going to be delivered. I emailed which has never been answered, I used Facebook messenger which was answered after 24 hours. After checking they dispatched a replacement which took another 10 days to deliver. When it finally arrived the stitching was terrible and looked like someone had ripped alternative branding badges off. After only 3 weeks the stitching has ripped meaning that it isnt protecting the furniture. Ive asked for a replacement but no answer

We ordered the Stockholm Rattan Grey 4 Seater Garden Chaise Lounge Set and Cover Bundle on April 7th. The order arrived minus the cover. Since then I was told the cover had arrived on May 25th into the warehouse, and that I'd be contacted to arrange its delivery. I've heard nothing since and MINT no longer respond to emails. I used their AI "Chat" function which would not provide a contact number for the company.

My advice would be to avoid this company.

At the beginning of April we purchased the Stockholm Chaise Lounge set with covers. The set arrived a couple of weeks later but with the wrong covers. After numerous emails with "Gwen" I was asked to supply pictures. I then received a call from one of the customer support staff who agreed they were the wrong covers and would re order, these would arrive in May. At the end of the 3rd week in May I tried to contact customer services for an update. Again more emails to "Gwen" and asking for someone to respond. I received an email saying sorry you should have been updated but I will chase this up. In fairness I received an email stating the covers were on the way. We received them on 29th May. Unfortunately they were
the wrong covers again. The chair and table covers are fine but the covers for the corner pieces are way to big. I should have complained again but I really didn't want the hassle. We love the set but the experience with the covers has been disappointing. The problem is you cannot speak to anyone in customer services when they call you it is on a withheld number

The stockholm corner unit is very nice. Super quick delivery But unfortunalely the protection cover was missing from the order, after a few emails and fllling in complaints forms Mint outdoor took a while to respond so I was unsure if they had recieved my contact, but eventually they did reply to reasure my the cover would follow as was delayed.

I ordered end of March and arrived end of May. It was delayed for a week or two due to 'Trump'
I read the reviews here first and new shipping would be a while and that was no problem for me.
The guys delivering brought it around the back of my house to my decking which was great.
I'm very pleased with the quality of the furniture, overall I'm very happy.
Please expect a long delivery time.

The ordering was easy.
Tracking realistic and easy - although Trump got it stuck in the Hormuse area.
Delivery was delayed. Received in warehouse on 7th May, tracking showed delivery was scheduled for 26th and did not appear. Delivered on 27 of May but just dumped in the middle of my front drive by delivery men - not very pleased with this at all

The purchase process was straightforward, the delivery updates were very good and the garden furniture was good quality and great value.
The set we bought consisted of an L-shaped sofa, two stools and a table. All were well made and look great. It all arrived flat-packed in two large boxes and the delivery guys kindly took them into the back garden and put them exactly where we asked.
Putting the furniture together was reasonably straightforward but would have taken quite a bit longer if I hadn't had a flexible screwdriver with hex bit. The supplied allen keys were a bit small and the bolts were numerous and tricky to get to.

MINT OUTDOOR IS NOT A SCAM.

Yesterday 3rd June, I received a couple of phone calls from Rachel in Customer Services, who is utterly delightful. She has now refunded my payment in full (which has been confirmed by Klarna) and has sent me a few emails showing the dining sets that are available for immediate delivery.

I was angry and worried, hence me leaving a 1 star review, which I have now rectified in light of developments over the past couple of days.

The company IS legit and Rachel apologised for the technical issues that were being encountered over the last week which meant that my emails were not being seen.

So, I will leave it there for background info, but the below 'rant' can now be ignored.

This company is a scam.
They do not reply to emails EVER and the phone numbers do not work.
They take your money and then you never hear from them again.
I ordered last week and have since discovered that they don't honour orders.

Great service and fantastic pricing. I live my Kiki chaise. It was really easy to assemble, the aluminium frame is lightweight making it easy to move around and the cushions are lovely and comfortable

absolutely shocking company, I stupidly paid in full for outdoor furniture, at the beginning of may, still haven't received it, been told wont be coming until the end of June, I have emailed 4 times to cancel the order for a refund and absolutely nobody replies, the online chat is a computer and there is no customer service phoneline... I just want my money back!!!

After 3 years of searching for some outdoor furniture, I finally found the Palma Beige Sofa Dining Set. It ticked all my boxes in terms of size, colour, cushion thickness, material etc. The colour is accurate in real life as viewed on the website. The quality of material and thickness of the cushions feels really premium. The whole set looks much more expensive than what I actually paid for it.
I'm really happy with this garden furniture set and would recommend it to friends and family.
Delivery was slightly delayed due to factors outside of everyone's control, however I was kept informed throughout and given clear communication as to when I would receive my order.

Delivery was a smooth process, phone call 15 minutes before arrival which was really helpful. The quality of the furniture exceeded my expectations and was straightforward enough to put together. Lovely final touch to our garden.

I placed a Pre-Order for the Palma Grey Rattan Garden Lounge Set, Cover and Cushion Box Bundle. It stated clearly on the website that it would be delivered between 28th April - 11th May. It is now 22nd May, no communication and the AI chat bot keeps pushing the delivery date back. First it said will be ready to dispatch by the 15th. Then on the 16th it said it was in the warehouse on the 4th. Now today it says it wont be ready to dispatch till the 22nd June! At this moment in time I feel like this is a SCAM website. No contact number avalibe, the one on Google is a mobile and is disconnected. AVOID.

This review will be updated IF i hear from someone or receive my order.

At the moment I will say AVOID / SCAM / FAKE.

Such a shame as we were really looking forward to a new garden set.
