Well I ordered Minnen bracelet through sweatcoin like a month ago to Finland and nothing has arrived. They promised 14 days delivery and won't answer any questions (I've send them 2 emails) so customer support is a total joke. I had a bad feeling when I checked out their page since there's no real info or location or anything like legit companies have. I had to pay about 8 euros for delivery even though I was supposed to get the whole thing for free... I'm highly sceptical this bracelet ever arriving but let's see... And I just checked the tracking number and the post system says it's a wrong number.

Edit: I actually received it, it is very nice looking and has the right colour and text so I gave 3 stars after that

I was a little puzzled, since the brand is not yet known, but I went ahead anyway. And frankly SUPER ! It's so beautiful! I ordered a personalized bracelet, beautiful. Of very very good quality, and which really corresponds to any type of handle (man or woman) because adjustable.
The shipping is super fast (I'm from France). The team answered all my mails, they are very nice.
Do not hesitate any more, order with your eyes closed

I ordered a necklace which took almost 5 weeks to arrive and the bracelet I ordered is supposed to be rose gold which has faded after wearing 3 times. Great idea but poor service & quality .

I ordered a neckless on May 9 to deliver in Luxembourg. Wrote them on 24 May as I didn't receive the product until then. They sent me a tracking code, which was showing the same status until today, June 10. The product has just arrived, one month later.

If you're ok with waiting this long... go ahead and buy. I was unfortunately surprised.

Terrible! Don’t order for them waist of time! They have no customer service and what you ordered never arrives! Not only that the tracking information is never correct or never shows! Save yourself money and time and order from a better company! This company is honestly not worth it

I have received both my necklace and bracelet a d really love it. Haven't removed it since I received and bath with it. It's same as I received it

Ordered a necklace and a bracelet, the necklace came and it is beautiful. The bracelet never came and I have now been on for 3 months trying to get it. Conveniently they have stopped answering emails now I am asking for my order to be provided or a refund. Fuming to say the least. Such a shame as the necklace is stunning and amazing quality. Took longer to arrive then what they said in the mail, but it was pretty good quality. Got a little scared cuz of the reviews. When it didn’t arrive (a few days past due) I send a mail and still have not gotten a answer.

I used sweatcoin cash to purchased it and it was supposed to be free but when used my discounted code they switched from free shipping to paid shipping. There is no way you can buy without paying more. Fake, run from this website.

Never order from here, they take your money and never send what you paid for. Support never answers. If you spend money here it’s the same as flushing cash down the toilet

I ordered a bracelet with my mom’s name on it for my mom a month ago, it should’ve come after 2 weeks but it’s already been 4 weeks and nothing came. I’m going to try and email them but if you look at the other reviews I don’t think they’re going to respond 31/05. I have an update now and it shipped 2 weeks late and it has a wrong name on it, I somehow got “Daniel. G” and i dont know anyone named daniel. I do not recommend buying here. And bad service because they still didn’t respond to my email.

Got delivered a empty package and when customers support answerd they said it got stolen and they was supposed to send a replace meant but they never did

First of all the product is from china. Customer service could be better. 11 Days after being shipped it arrived. If you have a problem with the shipment tacking its because the package is to little or i dont know to be tracked. But the necklace looks pretty good and the bracelet is ok

I ordered a bracelet a month ago, 10 days later i texted them to see if it had been shipped ( it had not ) I wrote a message the day after and they still have not answered. it’s been 21 days.

I paid for a bracelet along with a £5 gift box and fast delivery. The gift came 10 days later in a small pouch (clearly not what I had paid for). When I emailed the company, I had a response saying I should have received a gift box (helpful). I messaged back saying I had not. 10 days later and another email - still no answer. Perhaps the emails take 10 days to be delivered too.

The bracelet is alright though.
