Hice un pedido de un collar personalizado a través de la app sweatcoin el 1 de agosto y ponía que me llegaría entre 10-14 días laborables. Estamos a 24 y nada sé del pedido, encima les escribo un email y sale respondiendo un bot, que están saturados y no contestarán de 3-5 días.

Nada recomendable.

Purchase has not arrived despite showing as shipped, incorrect tracking number so no idea where the item is. Contacted the website and received no response.

I made an order through Sweatcoin on June 29th with standard 10-14 day shipping but so far have received nothing. I have tried emailing customer support but have only received an automatic response saying they will respond within 3-5 days. That was over 2 weeks ago. Not sure if it's a scam but definitely not worth wasting your time and money.

No recomiendo esta tienda en lo más mínimo, tengo más de dos meses esperando una cadena y aun ni responden los correos, son lo peor.

Ordered 3 weeks ago and still absolutely no updates or response from the vendor.

I tried it for the first time and I'm so excited to see if the material use is a good quality 🙂 it took me 3 weeks to receive the item but it's worth waiting .It's amazing 😍🤩 I place another order of bracelet and today I receive it. I'm so in love with this costumize jewelry . I still have 2 pending necklace and I'm so excited 😆😊 looking forward for more items ❤️❤️❤️❤️

I saw this customizable bracelet with tempting 100% off discount in Sweatcoin. I purchased it in exchange for a cheap amount of sweatcoin and 7 pound of shipping fee on 1 august, 2022. It’s been almost a month now and I’ve been tracking its whereabouts using the AfterShip app which promised realtime monitoring. It’s been stuck in the same place for days and I’m starting to feel bad about this. This product originates from China, by the way, but claims to be a Swedish company. I am never ordering from Minnen ever again.

Stunning necklace. Sturdy but elegant. The engraving is beautiful, and it arrived quickly and well packaged, with the option to include a lovely small presentation box. Overall I'm so happy with my purchase. Not only that, but their Customer Service team are ace! 100% recommend.

I'm satisfied. I bought a necklace and bracelet (with Sweatcoins) and both things looks stunning. The delivery takes a month so patience is required but for what you get it makes the wait worth it.

I made an order months ago and I still haven’t received it. I have contacted them many times but they barely respond. They told me that they’re going to resend my order ,because the previous one got lost but I still don’t even know if they will ever do that. I officially believe that they are either extremely unprofessional or the whole thing is just a big scam…
Do yourselves a favor and save your money

No tenia esperanzas de que me llegaba porque no contestaban a mis correos y no me llegaba información del pedido pero llego en 13 días y todo perfecto el grabado bien y el color correcto. Lo compre por la aplicación de sweetcoin. Solo pagué 8’44€ de envío

Same problem as many, ordered through sweatcoin and payed extra for 2-9 business day shipping the 24th of july, no product in sight. Guessing I'm not getting any money back for priority shipping either..

It’s a scam. After I made my orde it said it will email me shipping details but I’ve never received any till this day and it’s been almost three weeks. Do not do what i did and waste your money on this crap of a website. It didn’t even confirm my order or any of that, it just took my money and ran. I would give this is 0 stars if I had the chance

Update on my order I’ve had my necklace for almost a month now never taken it off even working in tough conditions as a bin man still the same colour not faded and still very nice and I (bought it with Sweatcoin)

I really love it, it's also comfortable to wear

This bangle is engraved with my important place. I am very happy.
There is only one thing I want to say.
It was a little big, so I wish I could choose the size.

I'm giving a 5 stars rating because the item quality is very good, I rarely see that kind of mastery. The item is also very beautiful and amazing, I'm wearing every day when I can do. The delivery was maybe a bit slow but I understand that the industry needed to product, send, pass the frontier and the customs. So, in my opinion, this isn't important and you deserve your five stars. Thank you very much for that beautiful necklace.

I ordered bracelet as a gift for my girlfriend. I bought it for free using sweatcoin and I only paid for a VIP - Priority Processing with Gift Box and for international tracking priority shipping (2-9 days). According to calculations, it should have arrived around 4-12 days. I was a bit scared that they have forgotten me, because even after 10 days, I still didn't recieve any notification about the order being sent to me. Luckily, it arrived only 2 days later than it should, so I'm quite happy with the delivery time and the product is beautiful. I can't wait to see her gorgeous smile...
