I tried to purchase a hoodie but it kept saying failed payment but it didnt fail and I ended up with 2 hoodies then they took out another 4 payments up to $300.
Im never buying from these websites ever again I didnt think the payment went through let alone a subscription.

DO NOT use this company!!! I bought a hoodie, then at purchase another for a sale price of 4.99 (supposed to be) it took my money for the first hoodie and 4.99 then later a second charge came out from another company full price. Then about a week and a half later ANOTHER charge even more then the last!! AND STILL NEVER received the hoodies I purchased!!!! SUCH A SCAM!! HOW ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS DOING THIS TO PEOPLE???

Never could track the package. Package was late. I only received part of my order. Never could get ahold of customer service

Worst Internet Experience Recently[tm] has to be these drop-ship sc@mmers marketing the "Dear Person Behind Me" hoodies all over social media - to whit:
1) hoodies are the worst quality heat transfer Chinese-made garbage,
2) the "add another hoodie to your order" adds another hoodie all right... as well as another $14.95 shipping,
3) customer service is operationally non-existent with all ticket responses originating from a non-company / zen-desk domain,
4) the extra scummy "No Refund No Exchange No Return" language buried DEEEEP on the /help/ page says it all; they don't care and just want your payment information,
5) despite sending a "CANCEL EVERYTHING!" message within minutes of placing the order I was still charged for the trash hoodies AND they are attempting to bill my bank account for the $39.99 a month membership program

TL;dr -->> DON'T DO IT... and for that matter Don't Order Anything Off Social Media

Cheap. Made in China obviously. Sizes run super small. 3X fits like an XL. Don't offer returns or refunds. Orders 6 sweatshirts for family members. Non fit cause of the size. Do not buy from them.

Ever since I ordered this item I have been getting constant attempted charges from sites realted to theirs. I've reached out and nobody will answer. Don't expect an answer from customer service either.

$5.99 shirt cost $19.98 with shipping and subsequent $39 subscription charge. Called number on credit card statement. AI said she would refund the charge. We’ll see. SCAM.
I received refund for $39.99 within 24 hours. Will check next statement to see if they will try to charge again.

It’s a paradox that a company who markets hoodies saying, ‘dear person behind me’ neglects customer service. I ordered a medium size hoodie and received an extra large. No way with that fit me. Their website has a stringent list of what could be returned and what couldn’t but does not allow for errors on their side. I’ve been in touch with them repeatedly and told him I’d return the extra large if they were prepared to send me a medium, which apparently they are unprepared to do. Shocking service.

Absolutely a scam. The website carries only *10* products, all of them basic and overpriced with the exception of the “dear person behind me” hoodie that everyone is here for. It is the only unique item they carry.

I believe this is done intentionally to try to add legitimacy, but the fact that they only have ONE hoodie and it happens to be exponentially cheaper than their other products is a big red flag. Do not trust these people with your credit card information. Stay away.

It's really sad that this so called company is selling hoodies for mental health when all actuality they are then preying on people and using credit card information for fraudulent charges. Stay away from this company all together. I have purchased x2 'to the person behind me' hoodies. I was not aware of the subscription that was obviously included and they have attempted to take various amounts of money each month since. My bank is aware of this and are now investigating the company.

I thought I would try and help someone else by purchasing one of those "to the person behind me" suicide sweaters from this company. Not only did they sign me up for a monthly subscription for $57 without me knowing, but they also gave my credit card info to four other companies, who also signed me up for subscriptions for the same amount. That's $285 per month! I received a receipt for the sweaters, but of course nothing for all of these subscriptions. Disgusting!

I also got scammed by this company, in that they charged more than advertised and took another payment out of my bank resulting in me having to cancel my card. I can't understand after all the complaint they have not been charged and taken to court for their dishonesty. It is supposedly a site for mental health support yet they are ripping people off, disgusting

If l could give zero stars l would. They have a very sneaky practice of hiding massive subscription fees hidden in the t&cs. There is nothing on the original receipt indicating a subscription purchase. A $35 jumper ended up costing me $145! DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES buy anything from them!

I bought a sweatshirt. I did receive it, but they have since the purchase withdrawn 2 x 49,98 USD from my card. I just realised it now that they withdrew the amount for the 2nd time, and now I have to cancel my card. Total scam business. They just want your card information. On my bank statement it says MYSUMMERSHIRT, but the company is Nighted.

Fraudulent company, do not use. Same as the others, will charge random charges. Had to cancel card and get a new one.

Shonky as they will access your credit card and start taking money out. If you have purchased something from them recently cancel your bank card
