Lovely experience and lovely staff member Mark
From the moment we walked into Miltons we were made to feel very welcome and Mark was so lovely, wanting to know all about our story. We weren't pressured and the whole experience was so nice. Mark explained all about the diamond and it's origin and provided all the documentation, even sending us off with a complimentary bottle of champagne. Thank you Miltons and thank you lovely Mark.

Ann, thankyou so much for this. We appreciate every client's business, but there is nothing more encouraging than when one is so generous as to share kind words like yours. We're delighted that you enjoyed finding something lovely with us (it was the Maple Leaf Diamonds ring, wasn't it?), and this has been shared with Mark and his manageress. We all thank you and hope that we may be of service again :-) Keep on sparkling, from all at Miltons x

I had a lovely Experience in the Birkenhead Miltons store, Mark and Lena were extremely accommodating, knowledgeable and helpful. They assisted me with any questions I had and it felt like a luxury service. I was shown different pieces and nothing was too much to ask which made me feel so comfortable as I wanted to pick the item for me. I was beyond happy when I left the store, the item was packaged beautifully. For this reason I would absolutely go back again purely because of how kind the employees were. Couldn’t recommend more they are both diamonds and a credit to represent the store <3

Top rated jewellers!
My girlfriend and I visited Miltons Jewellers in Liverpool city centre to look for an engagement a few weeks ago. Lindsey served us and she was very obliging. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she helped us pick a beautiful ring that was in our budget. We will be back there shortly to buy wedding rings as the customer service was phenomenal and prices are reasonable. Highly recommend this jewellers!

Great customer service
I needed a valuation done quickly so contacted Milton’s on Church Street. I spoke with Kay, who talked me through the process and arranged a time for me to call in. Kay was able to do my valuations in good time. Kay was professional, knowledgable and happy to share her knowledge. It was a very positive experience at a very stressful time. I am grateful for Kay’s support in this and would not hesitate to return to Milton’s either for purchasers or valuations.
Thank you Kay!

Bought our wedding rings from Miltons 26years ago.
Recently went in to St Johns Liverpool branch to get mine reshaped (damaged it in door), resized and polished. Also polished my wife’s at same time.
Both rings now look like new again
Great price, service and turn around.
Served by Lindsey and Pauline. They were both lovely, very helpful and amazing. Also the gent and lady who sorted the rings in the workshop. They did a fantastic job, and turn around time and quality was superb.
All who helped were a credit to the whole team. Thank you all x

I saw a ring that I wanted (certainly not needed!)
The staff were patient with me as I tried to decide which of the 2 similar rings I wanted. Eventually I chose the slightly more expensive one, that also needed resizing. This was done within the price, and I was able to collect the ring 2 days later.
I got a certified diamond and platinum ring from a leading jeweller-David M Robinson-for more than 50% less than it would cost to buy new. I don't think I'll ever buy new jewellery again!!!!
