Use to be a good store

Use to be a good store. Now they don't have basic equestrisn gear. More concerned about selling country clothing then equestrian equipment. I went in for a dressage crop. Basic item. All they had was short childrens sticks. Total waste of time.

Friendly atmosphere

Friendly atmosphere. Staff were very helpful, with what i was looking for. Millbry Hill is my favourite shop for, pretty much everything both, in store & online too.

Manageress super helpful

Manageress couldn't have been more helpful.
Locating and double checking and giving useful information to make me confident I was making the correct purchase (expensive Christmas present).
The staff at the Whitby store always greet us like me are long standing customers.
Will definitely be returning soon.

Whitby Store

I called into the Whitby store while away on holiday & the visit was worthwhile. Very friendly staff, helpful too. Purchased a new Ridgeline jumper which is really good quality and the Autumn colourway is gorgeous, as is the Barbour. A good chance to see new horse rugs and know what I'll need soon. Good selection of rider wear too.
