It is always a pleasure to shop in Millbry Hill in Stokesley. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable and it has a wide range of products to appeal to all pockets.

i ordered a pair of trousers they arrived incorrect size so contacted the company told me to reurn them , i pointed out they supplied incorrect size so would like a free return . was told when they recieved the trousers they would send a replacment pair . no contact so called then told was being credited would have my money in 4 days , if i wanted another pair to reorder . so stupidly i placed a new order and yet again wrong size ?? told to return them again and wont get a refund until they get them back then another 4 days no offer of a replacment WONT BE USING THIS COMPANY AGAIN

The staff are always, without exception, friendly and helpful. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

My order was ready and waiting for me to collect. I also had an exchange and new purchases.

Won’t exchange my brand new unworn perfect condition £400 dubarrys in original box because I put selotape on box and they class as damage. Disgusting

I contacted dubarry about this directly and they were shocked and encouraged me to reach out to the company again urging for them to reconsider since it’s ridiculous, they will not

Received incorrect product which was not new as had dirt on it with no tags sent back as requested tracked parcel has somehow got lost sender has not been very helpful just willing me to lose money and this coat was not cheap

You’re system for sell shotgun cartridges is really poor, however the assistant who served me was very helpful, all credit to her.

First time buying time20 for my greyhounds - really impressed as they have ‘delicate’ stomachs and this hasn’t irritated them. Love the small sizes of the kibble too. Would recommend

Great selection of bird and hedgehog food. Bird food/seed made locally. Very helpful and friendly staff.
Also children’s clothes which we buy for the grandchildren from time to time.

Helpful staff , great selection in the clothing section . I wanted a heavyweight rug , which is not in stock yet , but a member of staff looked on the system and said it will be in soon .
