This company does not respond when it…
This company does not respond when it goes faulty. There is NO 24/7 support as I have tried for 2 days now.
I would truly stay away from this company, it's false and I would almost call it a scam, plus selling components that don't do what they say, this company is a typical, take your money and run.

We're sorry that your experience did not meet your expectations. However, we'd like to provide some context for future customers.
This review was posted while we were actively communicating with the customer and investigating the issue. The product itself was not faulty; rather, there was a misunderstanding regarding how one of the operating modes functions on this particular Audi model. Once we explained the behaviour, the customer understood the functionality and our subsequent communication was positive.
Regarding the comment about "24/7 support", the customer's email was received on 22 April 2025 and we replied on 23 April 2025. We always do our best to respond as quickly as possible during business hours, but we do not claim to offer a guaranteed 24/7 support service.
We appreciate that technical products can sometimes lead to misunderstandings, and we're always happy to help customers understand the available functions and find the most suitable operating mode for their vehicle.
Kind regards,
Paul
This piece of equipment does not work……
This piece of equipment does not work… it stops the odometer reading but still allows other vehicle modules to log mileage hence you have differing readings showing when the car is scanned.
Stay away from this company as they have “ghosted” me after confirming the above details after they assured me all mileage would be “controlled” by the unit.

After reviewing our records, we have unfortunately been unable to locate any order, support request or correspondence that matches the details provided in this review.
We suspect this review may have been left in error, similar to a number of reviews we received during a period when customers were confusing our business with other websites that had very similar names. Those websites are no longer operating, which is positive news for customers and the industry as a whole.
We would also like to clarify that mileage recording behaviour varies significantly between vehicle manufacturers and models. The way information is stored across different control modules depends on the vehicle architecture, and we always try to explain these limitations as clearly as possible before and after purchase.
If you believe this review genuinely relates to MileageBlocker.com, please contact us directly with your order details and we will be happy to investigate the matter. At present, however, we have been unable to identify any transaction that matches the circumstances described.
Kind regards,
Paul
