Lovely tiles just what I was looking for and very speedy delivery too. What more could I ask for.

Customer service was excellent. The tiles are stunning and of the highest quality. Price was extremely reasonable.

There was a slight glitch in delivery. I made contact with the company. A named person took responsibility and it was sorted out within the day.
I would be confident using this company again.

Absolutely terrible customer service.
We received an email from the company after purchasing almost £400 worth of tiles to demand additional money from us for the cost of delivery.
This was not an insignificant sum of money either - .
After emailing back to state our consumer rights and the fact we had entered a legally binding contract on payment, we have received no further communication.
We have received no refund and and no tiles.
We have tried contacting them on multiple other occasions to receive no further communication in return.
I am absolutely horrified by the lack of customer service or knowledge of consumer rights.
This is a terrible company and I honestly do not know how they have so many good reviews after our experience!!

Well.. they stock some really nice unique tiles but unfortunately they show stock that they don’t have, paid for express delivery, take the payment and leave you waiting a week or two until you chase them and then be told that they actually don’t have stock and won’t for months!
They didn’t contact me to tell me I had to chase them and it was “warehouses fault”.
They did however refund me promptly.
I emailed them once again a week later after still seeing them “in stock” and suggested they update their website, as honestly I’m keen on waiting for them to come back in but they haven’t replied and still shows in stock.
So the moral of the story is to call them before placing any online orders, which kind of defeats the objective of an online purchase, but to increase the chances of you getting your order it’s the better solution.

Such a shame as the ones I wanted are unique to them and the best I’ve found.

Lovely mosaic bright yellow and white tile sheets. Delivered promptly…I will be ordering!

Good company to deal with. Quick delivery and very good quality products. Would receommend

Bout Self adhesive tile to use to replace a defective area n my existing kitchen tile. It matched perfectly and was exactly as described and displayed and was able to repair the defect . Delivered in descent time as well.
Would recommend

Very happy with the service I received from Luxury Tiles. They had the best and most interesting options available online and I was able to get samples of several of those quickly and cheaply. The cream scalloped tiles look beautiful as the flashback to the hob in my new kitchen. Great service and products from start to finish!

I love these tiles! . The quality and style is amazing ! 👌😍.
They are easy to install and add such an aesthetic ambience to any chosen area.
Much better than in photos 😁
I am blown away!
This company is so helpful and a credit to retail.
I can highly recommend.
I love them!... So much so, I am about to do my kitchen in another version by them. They place style and quality at your fingertips. .. brilliant!
They arrived in quick time and delivery is scheduled and well coordinated with you 👍
Driver/ deliveryman was so very helpful too. Bless him.
Just simply, a pure delight from start to finish , with amazing end results xx Thanks 🙏 😊 👍

Really great people to work with. Alex and Chris have been very helpful and I would highly reccomend them.

Fast, efficient, friendly and all-round good guys.

Beautiful Tiles as described and colour is the same as pictures. Very pleased with these Tiles.

Ordered 2 sample tiles which unfortunately didn't arrive.
I emailed Luxury Tiles and Alex the manager contacted me personally to apologise and made sure the tiles were sent.
They were very well packed and arrived on the day I was told they would.
The tiles are very good quality and because of such good customer service I would definitely place an order with Luxury Tiles.

Ordered small mosaic tile sheets. Beautiful tiles, packaging was good so no complaints. Tiles are very good quality.

I was looking for natural stone tiles and found exactly what I was looking for at Luxury Tiles. The quality was much better than anything I had seen at other places and very well priced. My order was sent extremely quickly and arrived well packaged. Very happy with the result and overall experience.

The choice of tiles I was specifically looking for was great. My samples arrived quickly. I ordered the one I loved and it arrived very quickly. Impressive choice, speed & delivery.

Happy with tiles. Delivery was longer than stated. Ordered 2 lots of tiles and charged two lots of delivery despite them all being put in the same box (I only ordered 10 sheets in total and paid 2 x £29.99)
Communication wasn't great, with some of my queries not being responded to at all.

We needed a tile that had been discontinued a few years ago and we found it on Luxury Tiles. Matt went out of his way to check with the warehouse to see if they had enough to send to us and then discounted the cost of delivery because we only needed a couple of boxes. I wouldn’t hesitate ordering from them again.

Only place that had the tiles I wanted. Great service and lovely tiles.

Tiles were delivered quickly and all in very good condition.
Would definitely use this company again for tiles for sure!
